Realizing Paul is a busy man is both the good and the bad of my situation. He is so busy that he failed to provide his installers information regarding measurements we changed to make sure my appliances could be reinstalled without a problem. Because the final measurements were not provided to the fabricators/installers, my refrigerator remains in my dining room. I paid Paul the same day as the installation was completed. The following days we began to move the appliances back into the kitchen but the fridge would not fit because the final measurements we discussed were not provided to the installers. Not even widening the doorway helped as the measurement was wrong on both ends of the slab. All I got was a doorway torn out and opened up for no reason. My problem lies in what happened next: or shall I say what didn’t happen. I tried to reach Paul on both phone numbers numerous times. I also repeatedly texted him. I was always polite and at that point just wanted some answers as to how to fix the problem and did he have any of the two slabs he ordered left to facilitate the repair. The calling and texting went on for several weeks before I advised him that I would post negative reviews regarding his failure to follow thru. To date I have still not received any communication back. It doesn’t really matter how nice my countertops look when I can’t get my refrigerator back into the kitchen. All I wanted was a return call to discuss the problem and hopefully fix it. I really didn’t care if I was to incur additional costs, I just needed it fixed. If we had issues during thevmeasuringvandvinstalling process, I was unaware. I feel communication is the most important part of any renovation project and I feel he failed this critical point. HOUZZ is prominently displayed on his business card, in fact, it is what you see first. I personally relied heavily on that information as I have an account with HOUZZ and use them as my reference point for design and info regarding pros that do projects shown in HOUZZ. I feel his lack of professionalism and follow through are a reflection on the HOUZZ label and well respected name. Judy Livesay Laguna Beach CA

Paul and his team were great. Have already referred him to two friends. I love my new countertops! They were so efficient and did the project in a short time. They came in and did the demo and prep the first day. Made sure to cover all my new appliances and cleaned up everything afterwards. Then the day of countertop placement the team worked efficiently together and it looks beautiful. Honestly couldn’t be happier. Thanks Paul!

Paul is extremely talented. He loves his job and is very kind and considerate. He finishes his job very quickly and his crew is terrific. My husband and I love the kitchen granite countertop that he did. It looks perfect! We cannot stop marveling at it. Also, his prices are reasonable.

Take Us For Granite is an outstanding company! I have worked with Paul Jenedi and his team on multiple projects. He has completed multiple granite kitchen and bath kitchen countertops for my clients. The seams in their granite are almost non existent. The installation team takes their time and they make sure you are completely satisfied with the installation. I will continue to hire this company for all of my kitchen and bath projects.
