Julia has helped me with multiple properties! Julia is extremely nice and helpful as my husband and I discovered and blended our style together! She helped us choose the right colors for paint, cabinets, and countertops! She helped stage our furniture and made each detail fit perfectly together! She has given us ideas of placement of current decor that changed our old look and also ideas to purchase new items that have made a big improvement with the style. Working with Julia was fun and easy she guided us through the staging process in detail. To prepare for staging, every facet of our home was discussed – from floors to ceilings, landscaping to furniture and design elements. She brought a fresh vision to the space; highlighting the best features of our home. Julia’s work was thoughtful It felt really good to be in the staged spaces, and they photographed really well. I called on Julia's expertise in decorating our new home, specifically paint color choices as I wanted color for our mountain home with vaulted ceilings, colors that complimented the home, the setting and would be stylish for many years, but most importantly colors that my husband and I would like. Julia is superb in working with the whole family; offering advice and educating one on a variety of information with decor and color. I was pleasantly surprised to be provided with ideas and multiple options through out the whole house, not limited to color; small manageable changes/modifications to areas of the home and changes to the furniture to open a room or create more space. We had a huge bulky solid wood mantle in the living room we didn't know what we wanted to do with and she made simple suggestions that we did ourselves. When she was ready to work on the kids' rooms she involved each child in choosing color selections for their room; she engaged them and asked them questions about what they like and what they picture for their room and offered colors for them to select to match their space. The children loved her and enjoyed the special time she took to help them with their rooms. Julia provided many, many ideas for each room of the home and that is only the living space down stairs, can't wait to have her back when we are ready to tackle the upstairs!!

Julia was amazing to work with when we decided to sell our home! She came in and used our existing furnitue and other items to make our house look so much better! Our home sold the same day we listed it with 3 offers all above asking price. I do beleive the staging was a huge benefit!

THE BEST. No other way to put it...considering the quality of Julia's staging, customer service, personality and affordability! We were having trouble (to our surprise) of selling our home, which by all other accounts was very attractive, however, completely empty after our move. Someone recommended staging the home - which we had never done. The before and after appeal even surprised us! We were floored - the rooms that were staged we didn't even recognize. But, most importantly, there was no simplicity in the decor - true to the company's motto: "Simplicity is the absence of the non-essential revealing the elegant".

Julia's service and prices add up to a great value. I was not sure about staging, but once I saw the finished product, and the photos online, I was convinced that staging is a good investment. Julia also worked with me even though she was on vacation; quite a commitment!

Before she left our home we had a list of to do items and Julia reassured us she was a text away (she really was, from color ideas to paint she responded quickly).
