Mark was very easy to work with and professional. He also provided fair pricing and was able to give me a way quicker completion date compared to 2 other companies I was checking out. I like that Mark is honest. If he doesn’t know something he will let you know and try to find out. I really appreciate that. You can really tell that Mark wants you to be satisfied and doesn’t take it personally if you’re not. He will work with you until things are the way you want them to be. I have worked with Mark from Syros construction for a few projects ranging from my studio co-op to larger projects involving a multifamily townhouse. He always was very professional, and trustworthy. After using Mark as my contractor I have never used anyone else as his attention to detail and competence is by far the best in the business. He was able to work with my very strict co-op board and comply with all of there regulations including providing insurance coverage exceeding their requirements. Mark and his team did an amazing job renovating our new home in Southern California. As with many homes in LA, there were areas of the property that needed serious updating (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc). Mark patiently listened and notated all the changes that my husband and I wanted. We even went back and forth on few items and Mark was super flexible and really grasped and understood our vision. We also had a new baby and his team worked around our schedule to complete all work in a timely, but considerate manner to ensure we had peace and quiet at times. The pricing was also extremely fair.
