In addition to a discerning eye for detail, Stacey has a thorough understanding of both the Design and Building process, having nearly 20 years of experience working on custom homes, additions and renovations. She has overseen design and preconstruction including coordination and selection of all finish materials and allowances, in addition to development of the budget estimate and overall project schedule. Sync Design works closely with our clients to space plan, program and identify finishes with the desired needs and use in mind. As the possibilities are endless – the budget and schedule generally are not. The value is priceless when you have an accomplished advocate to advise and guide you through the decision-making process as the myriad of material and finish options can be overwhelming with the ever-changing operational efficiencies from technology to applications. While our design process is based on creativity and interpretation of ideas and concepts, Sync Design’s real strength lies in the ability to convey those ideas into a build-able plan with an understanding of installation requirements in the field. We like to work within a predefined budget range and outline the overall project timeline upfront. Communication is key. As your project partner, we assist in setting expectations and charting the course for how to get there – we begin with the end in mind. Sync Design provides full service residential design, specializing in Kitchens & Baths, to the trade (architects and builders), and works direct with homeowners.

Stacey helped us design our kitchen. The project was extensive until Covid hit. She was thoughtful and professional with the budget revisions, offering suggestions for the design without sacrificing the elegance we envisioned. She communicated with us throughout the project, and represented our interests with the cabinet and appliance companies. She also stepped in when there were issues with our sink and Tuscany range. She will follow through until your project is completed. Give Stacey the opportunity to "Wow" you with her extensive knowledge and design skills. She won't disappoint!

I have known Sync Design's Owner, Stacey Hoffman, for many years. Stacey is the consummate professional who brings a high level of sophistication and quality control to her business, and takes a personal stake in ensuring her products meet the customer's expectations. Though I knew Stacey long before Sync completed a project in our home, I was pleasantly surprised when Stacey was present at the time our cabinets and tops were delivered. She took it upon herself to ensure the order was complete and none of the product was damaged. I strongly recommend Sync Design, and will use them again for our next project.

Love Stacey's energy and directness. No fluff, just the truth! She kept us informed and worked with our schedule. We were not in a rush, which was good, we built the plan around the availability of the cabinets. Her sources were more efficient than the retail sources we considered for cabinets.

Stacey really knows her stuff! As a custom builder, we like working with her because she understands what it takes to ensure a smooth project installation in the field. She meets with us on site to review the cabinet layout, dimensions, and details, and discuss the best methods to ensuring a quality finished product. She works with the client to get all finish selections made and coordinated with the design upfront and confirms material lead times to ensure proper sequencing. She pays attention to the details, is a great communicator - always available to answer any questions, and provides a complete set of drawings along with all specifications to make our job onsite much easier.

We really enjoyed working with Stacey on a master bath and kids bath gut renovation. She did a great job translating our tastes into a workable design. I appreciated that she narrowed it down to several good options so that we were not overwhelmed with choices. We did this project during COVID and there were major delays with the tile we had ordered. Stacey advocated on our behalf with the tile company to get a replacement selected and shipped quickly. We love our new bathrooms and ultimately had to make very few decisions during the design process...priceless!

We enjoyed working with Stacey throughout the design and construction of the remodel of our master bathroom and updates to our master bedroom. She was very detail oriented and fastidious. She shared her ideas and opinions, but was flexible regarding design changes. In addition, if she felt we were being steered in the wrong direction regarding construction, she was not shy about letting us, and the contractors, know about the potential pitfalls. Her background in construction makes her a great asset when interacting with contractors. She can talk the talk, understands the concepts, and the contractors know it. She truly cares about the process every step of the way and is very hands-on. She offered to shop with us, but was perfectly fine with my husband and me shopping on our own. Not only did she guide us through the design and ordering process, when our cabinets arrived, she was on-site to help unload the truck and make sure all ordered items were present. She also spent time at our house during the install to make sure everything was done according to her high standards. When an issue arose, she was very helpful and addressed it quickly. She was with us every step of the way.

I hired Stacey to help me with my kitchen and mudroom remodel. It is a large kitchen and I needed a lot of ideas and assistance as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do. She assisted me with all aspects of the project such as design, layout, cabinet, tile, countertop, appliance and lighting selections. She also assisted me with contractor selection. She is very detail oriented and is very organized. Our project went very smoothly and we absolutely love the finished product.

We had been planning for a renovation to our kitchen for over a year and finally decided it was time to do something. Our home is 19 years old and was looking dated so after debating to renovate or move we decided to build our dream kitchen in our existing home. We met Stacey through a constractor we were considering. She had a great project portfolio with lots of inspiring photos, sense of style and practical approach with a strong understanding for how the design and construction would come together. Although we worked with a different contractor in the end, we tracked down Stacey to be part of the team and were so glad to have Stacey’s experience and guidance through this process. She made sure we understood the function, use and care of the products and materials we selected and was an invaluable resource in tying all elements together. We enjoyed working with her – she was straightforward, always accessible, listened to our ideas, offered suggestions for consideration and was a reassuring advocate when evaluating cost and value. She also went above and beyond in helping with little hiccups that inevitably occur with construction projects in trying to find solutions. There are so many decisions that need to be made when renovating a kitchen from grout color(s), to the size/style or pulls, lighting, cabinets, appliances, etc. The kitchen is the most used/visible part of the house interior and having someone who is experienced help guide you through the process (which can get overwhelming and stressful at times) is invaluable.

More than you could hope for...an invaluable guide and resource with great design sense! We thoroughly appreciated Stacey’s personal approach — she listened to our ideas and thoughtfully offered options to help us make the best selections in terms of use, space, style, and budget. Stacey offers a unique perspective to interior design and fully understands the importance of coordinating design details with the construction application, having been a custom builder responsible for intergrating the myriad of details on new homes and full scale renovations — the benefit of this knowledge was priceless. She organized and laid out the process for us, from material selections to final installation. She helped us select the right builder for our project and was on site at various stages to ensure that all details were seamlessly integrated. She has a great rapport in the field and knows what it means to deliver a quality project.
