We were very lucky to have Sydney Beach Homes build our new home in North Curl Curl. We couldn't be happier with the end result and loved the whole building process with the team. We engaged them to manage the whole building process, from the initial design, through council approval and delivering the final build. Throughout the design process they worked alongside us and the designer, providing great advice and suggestions which meant that our new home was designed to meet our needs and fit within our budget. The build itself was delivered on time and on budget. The level of communication from Sydney Beach Homes was amazing. We had regular updates and were always aware of how the project was tracking and were given ample time to make decisions. We felt that the SBH team were just as passionate about our project as we were. We appreciated their advice and guidance on making important decisions throughout the build. The end result is a home we love, which 100% meets our brief from the start of the project. The quality of work is outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The professionalism of both John Oxley and Jono Beavon was clearly demonstrated in the quality of workmanship and attention to detail provided in the extension to our home. They had the ability to think outside the square, when plan drawings didn't reflect the reality of the situation, and skilfully produced a satisfactory result. Communication and negotiation skills came to the fore where neighbours were impacted and a satisfactory outcome was achieved for all parties. The site was always supervised and kept organised and tidy. And importantly, we found them to be genuine and nice people to deal with who were always ready to answer our questions and kept us informed of progress at all times.

John Oxley managed my Queenscliff home renovation in 2015. From the outset of the project I found John and his team to be considerate and efficient. John Oxley was excellent and so was his team. Everything done on time , no budget blow outs , very conscientious, never late, kept our house tidy by cleaning at the end of every day . A good communicator . Thoroughly reliable and simply above my expectations . & im a(demanding) surgeon who fussed over details normally. Highly recommend John all the time .

JOC have re-roofed the major part of our house and also made a series of small repairs of water damage. I found John and his workers to be very experienced and highly competent with their technical skills. We have also found them to be courteous and very easy to get on with. All work was completed with an agreed time and cost constraints.
