We were impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and support that Shady, Jared and team provided us throughout our project. From the initial design stage through to certification, Jared went above and beyond to ensure our design complied with certification standards. We encountered several challenges along our journey – we had ongoing external issues that impacted the process, and we also made several changes to our design. Despite this, at all times, Jared remained professional and extremely patient. When an issue arose, Jared conceptualised various solutions for us to choose from, and did so in a timely manner. Jared, we very much appreciate the time and effort you put into designing our new home.
