My wife and I are very happy about being able to secure Brighton Homes property (orchard bountiful development) for another one our investment properties. The agent, Julie was outstanding to work and the project coordinator, Jon, was great to ensure a high quality product.

Everyone I’ve worked with at Brighton have been amazing! Each person has spent time answering all of my questions and helping me understand the process. I have been impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They have each been so helpful and made my first time building a home a smooth process and great experience! I highly recommend building with Brighton Homes.

We had a few bumps along the way. Overall pleased with the craftsmanship of the home and the construction crews. We had many delays/push backs for our home but it sounds more like a communication disconnect from the superintendents and the offices. The superintendent quoted us almost to the day of our home being completed while the office sent our 30 day notice about 60 days from completion. It was also disheartening to receive a 30 day notice and about 5 days later receive a price increase. Jesse was more than helpful in getting everything completed as fast as he could and it was done well. Shortly after moving in we had a horrific rain storm but our home remained sealed like a dish. It was so comforting to know our home was crafted so well and it was a safe place to be. Not even to mention the quality of our cabinets that were included, among other higher quality amenities that are often considered add ons else where. Our home is perfect for our first home and we have loved it thus far!

We love our new home!!! Everyone we worked with was amazing and our new home is BEAUTIFUL and affordable! A lot of super nice things came standard like built ins in the closets and super nice blinds.

Great builder to work with! Tom and Jon are very nice and did a fantastic job in answering our many questions throughout the process. The house turned out amazing!

We bought our home at the end of December and we are very pleased with the final result. From the sales agent to the home warranty team they’ve all been great. We’ll definitely build with them again in a couple of years.

I thought Brighton and everyone we dealt with was very professional. I do think that Jesse is overburdened. The amount of problems that seemed to crop up while my home was being built didn't seem specific to just my house. I do think that it falls mostly on the fact that the subcontractors that come through don't have enough supervision to do the right job the first time. And I think that's because Jesse is trying to navigate a construction industry that is going bananas right now on top of the pandemic madness. Whatever Jesse is being paid, probably isn't enough.

My husband and I used Brighton to build our first home (a townhome). It turned out SO WELL!!! Marty was great to work with. He gave us weekly updates, and let us go look around at the progress when we were in the area. Michelle, in the design center, helped guide us, to pick the perfect colors for our home. And Jesse was so great at making sure that everything got taken care of in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

I would round up from a 4.5 stars. But an honest review would put me at 4.5 not 5 stars. Overall experience with Brighton was fantastic. Responsive team, both in the sales and the decor departments. Had a few hiccups before it was all over, but nothing that would have changed our mind about the purchase. We are happy in our new townhome that we got to pick out! Some things still lack we hope get done soon, like landscaping and the townhomes next door are being built which makes for a busy environment.

Would really rate 4.5. Superintendent and salesman were excellent to work with. Very timely and responsive to concerns and requests. The design process was great and we were able to customize our home to our liking. Only thing keeping them from a 5 was the final home cleaning and a few items that the sub-contractors cut some corners. Overall, very pleased with the final product.

Process was easy and everyone was very professional. Build quality is good, upgraded water heater and furnace are nice touches.
