Owner spent lots of time planning a special bed for my son. It was a star wars theme. AT AT. I even spoke with the builder (in the back room). At her request, I sent my son's favorite toy to pattern the bed after. Multiple calls for status. Promised it was in process. Then delayed. Then delayed longer. The builder said he was building several others. She not only stole the 5K I put down on the bed, she failed to return phone calls, letters or his toy. Way to crush the dreams of a 6 year old child and to steal money from a newly single parent. It looks like the work is quality. For us, though, it never materialized. I would NOT recommend this builder. She is unethical.

I have a bed from them since 2008 I believe, I had bought their first queen size loft bed, they traveled all way to Yonkers, NY and it's so nice and firm until today, my girls are now, 12 and 13 and they don't want a princess bed no more, so I'm going to even try to sell it, JoAnn you and Johnnie have saves me from spending on bedroom sets for a long time, Take care and hope all is well....

I was very happy with the entire process in getting my daughter's bed custom built. I had so much flexibility in designing the bed, choosing the colors and picture to be painted on the bed. We also had 2 wallpapers done exactly the way my daughter wanted with the waterfall, river, animals, trees, etc. We didn't have to worry about getting it setup. It was all done for us by Sweet Dream Beds. Recently we had to disassemble the bed for a renovation and the movers didn't have a difficulty with that. So, it's easy to take apart if you are moving!

Sweet Dream Beds is a friendly, highly professional family business. About five years ago I found them online while looking for a bed with a slide attached for my daughter. I was especially taken by their creative incorporation of drawers and cabinets into the beds. I wanted a realistic castle with wildflowers, small hedgehogs and snails, a waterfall slide and a realistic frog prince beside it. I wanted a tunnel under the slide leading into the bed. They had not previously done a castle bed in this style but they worked patiently with me until we had the design just right. And then they built me the most amazing and beautiful bed I have ever seen. It is also incredibly well made and sturdy. The quality of the dovetail joints in the drawers, for example, is outstanding. The paint job has held up to many years of intensive play with nary a scratch. Sweet Dream Beds are exceptionally well made, and this is a company that will not disappoint. I highly recommend them.
