My experience dealing with Susan has been nothing but positive, from start (long, detailed and very helpful email exchange to plan an overseas shoot with tight dates), to finish (having beautiful, meticulously finished photos delivered, conveniently as well as timely despite a heavy workload). The shoot itself was an extremely pleasant 12-hour day! After an intense week of installation, I was delighted to work so closely with a professional who has a keen eye, a sunny disposition, a flexible approach and strong attention to detail - we laughed at how we focused on the same micro-millimetre changes to achieve THE perfect shots... I would hire Susan again in a heartbeat.

She has a great eye for composition and detail and always finds the way to show a room to its best advantage. Susan is also extremely organised, which means she covers a lot of ground in a day—great for a design practice like mine, with a limited marketing budget. We hired Susan to photograph our showroom and some projects which used our products. Susan's professionalism, keen eye for detail and great personality made it a pleasure to work with her on the projects. We handled multiple projects together and there was no challenge which she couldn't rise above. Our projects ranged from one bathroom to five including the master bathroom. We would highly recommend Susan for any sized project.

We worked with Susan for the first time in photographing a recently completed extensive renovation of a full-floor apartment in San Francisco. She had been introduced to us by our clients, old friends of hers. Susan was a real pleasure to work with as we discussed how best to compose shots, timing, styling of the spaces, and details worth documenting. She has a superb eye for composition and detail, and a spare style with excellent use of natural light. And she's intelligent and personable.

She captured the essence of the new space by finding the right angles to shoot from, using a few important props, and utilizing different combinations of light. Susan was on time, delivered exactly what she said she would, and her upbeat, calm demeanor meant she was a total delight to be with throughout the shoot.
