Supa Doors

Not sure if I can recommend a company less - one of the worst suppliers. Started out well with their sales manager answering all questions, but when time came to create itemized list for singing of the order and the CADs, this contractor took months to finish designs - me waiting over and over for two weeks each time I returned the documents for corrections. Sales person Michelle Hoover would not pay attention to details and make multiple excuses for being rudely late and returning each iteration unchecked and with mistakes. Correcting all their mistakes took months. When the order was finally placed for 25 doors, it took 6 extra weeks in addition to the contracted 10 to send, some doors were not shipped, some were missing parts, some were not properly drilled, mirror missing etc. Unprofessional, no half-decent quality control, no refund for mistakes or breaking contracted delivery times. Your call, but highly advise not to work with them if you value your personal time and money or reputation as a contractor.

We replaced the flimsy, hollow-core interior doors in our house with Supa Doors in 1998. We must have been the smallest customer ever. I found them on the Internet and needed 8 doors--4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 linen closets. They connected me with a local distributor who delivered the doors. They looked spectacular then and still do 18 years later.

I have detailed some very large projects utilizing Supa doors & frames. They have a very diverse selection and almost unlimited capabilities.

Very professional, reasonable estimates, products were of high quality and would recommend this company. They also have large selection and designs to choose from.

I have had Supadoors in my home since 1999. All of my first floor doors are 8 feet tall and Supadoor had no problem filling our order. The doors are solid three panel doors that look beautiful and close with a solid feel. It takes two people to install them as they are quite heavy. These doors have not warped, cracked, or lost their screw purchase over 15 years and we open and close them frequently. They are well made here in America. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality door.

I'm an Architect and I used Supa doors on my own residence. the quality and service was excellent. Supa also made a custom pivot door for me that was the largest one they had ever made. Everything worked out great and I would highly recommend Supa doors.

As an architect I requested a small but special order for a home renovation in Montreal, and was treated with a great deal of attention in spite of the size of the order and the distances involved. The product was first class and delivered on time and in perfect order. The curved arch door panels and other details from their simple cad program allowed us to quickly prepare the dimensions and detail choices and place the order with no hassle. The job went smoothly and the client was delighted yet surprised by the low cost of the doors. A locally manufactured door to match these doors would have been out of budget. Hats off to SUPA Doors.

Supa Doors are well built of recyclable material. They have many different options. We used them in a few projects and were very pleased with the result. If you are going to have a painted finish I strongly recommend them

This is an excellent company to deal with. They have top notch sales people to work with. I did a large high rise in Chicago at a very prestigious address. The architect and contractor were very impressed with Supa's wood doors and jambs. Ordered over 350 openings with only a few very minor issues that were taken care of right away. This was my first time ordering these types of doors and they made the process very easy. I highly recommend Supa Door!
