This company doesn't stand by their product or the local businesses/showrooms that their own website directs you to for order/installation. I had a HORRIBLE order and installation experience and spoke with one of their Regional General Managers. While he was apologetic and promised to look into it, I never heard from him again! I spent thousands of dollars to receive "premium" Polywood Shutters that arrived with unassembled frames, incorrect hinges, and their "patented weather stripping" incorrectly attached (it does not touch the frame and therefor does not make an insulation seal). The overall installation itself took MONTHS due to them needing to re-order missing/incorrect pieces and the final product looks AWFUL! I spent ten (10) years of my life working extremely hard to save up and buy my first home. Choosing this company for my window treatments was the biggest (most expensive!) mistake I have ever made... Honestly...do not put yourself through it! Go with a better option if you can!

Where do I begin with Sunburst Shutters!? We are obsessed with how amazing this has made our dining room look! We love our natural light in our home but we had absolutely no privacy! These shutters not only allow us to have privacy but they are just such a focal point of our home now! I decided to not go with the traditional interior shutters, but rather, a cleaner look with no adjustment bar! We are just so amazed and so satisfied with the quality of these Polywood® Shutters shutters!

We love our Sunburst Shutters! From the consultation to the install, everything was completely professional, done in a timely matter & easy to work with! The shutters instantly gave our home an upgraded & higher end look! We couldn’t be happier with the look & quality!

Absolutely love my shutters! From the consult to the install, everything was flawless! I also love that they offer a lifetime guarantee on their Polywood option, which is what I went with! It was a pleasure working with them and their products are second to none!

Since 2015 I’ve been recommending Sunburst to all of my interior design clients. They truly are the best quality out there and for a piece of your mind they have lifetime warranty! They change the face of your home, their functionality is incomparable to anything else; because they keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I love Sunburst shutters and I highly recommend them!!!
