Summer did an amazing job on two project that many had concerns about. We painted all of our stained wood bookshelves around the family room fireplace white. The stone that existed between the two bookcases was now much too dark and needed to be lightened up but in a very artistic way. I also had torn paper done in my living room many years before but against my instructions they place large brown areas that I have always hated. Summer came in and transformed both spaces beautifully. Every time I look in my family room it brings a smile to my face to see how much lighter the room is and how the grey-taupe tones work with the white bookshelves. The living room is also finally a place that I can enjoy. My husband and I could not recommend Summer more. She is a joy to work with and does what she commits to. You can't go wrong. I am hoping to have the opportunity to work with her again.

Summer designed and painted a 7 foot medallion for Our Foyer ceiling. It is gorgeous and her work and attitude are both amazing!

Summer is the best! She helped convert my powder room from outdated to gorgeous. I absolutely love it! Not only is she fun, she's very professional and accountable. I needed the transformation done before a large get together at my house. She arranged her schedule to complete the job just in time for me. Thanks again, Summer! FALSE ADVERTISING! My wife and I decided to do our research when having our Kitchen Cabinets done and used the Houzz site as a reputable starting point. Summers accolades were glowing, so we had her come give us a bid. Summer and my wife met and initially hit it off talking design and color and about how great it would look. After receiving the bid, my wife and I agreed to accept and to our surprise we were immediately asked to pay for ½ of the job up front (Roughly $2500). I told Summer that I was comfortable giving her $500 up front, but have been taken advantage of in the past. She agreed. After Day 1 of prepping I honestly felt as if this was her first time painting a kitchen and when day 2 of spraying the base coat happened my worst fears were answered. Picture your entire home covered in paint dust, your dishes and silverware covered in overspray, and your hardwood floors and your appliances covered as well. This was our reality and we were very displeased as this point not even half way through. So, we again decided to give Summer the benefit of the doubt and I took it upon myself to re-prep the home that evening to ensure that no further damage was done. I spent 9 hours and nearly $200 in supplies making this happen only to be patronized the next morning by Summer that all I had done was unnecessary. This was the first, and not last time, Summer said “this is why I don’t do Kitchens”. Well that’s not what the website says and raves about. Again, I should have removed her from my home permanently at this point, but again we made a horrible decision to let it continue. On her final day (As she "Had to get to another job") she left our home unfinished and didn't even take down the plastic, but sure enough the next day called asking for the invoice of $4600 to be paid promptly! Seriously? I thought I was losing my mind from the lack of accountability and unprofessional ism as she screamed profanities at my wife over the phone for asking to please come finish her work. So long story short, we sit today with an unfinished kitchen, with overspray in every cabinet, drawers that don’t match, finish that is pealing and we have spent literally thousands getting the rest of the home back to live able… On top of all this we all agreed to pay a total of $1500 to end this in December of 2016 and were told we would get an invoice. My wife and I initially were going to seek damages but figured we would take the high road and get closure. On February 3rd we were issued a summons to appear in Civil court as she is Summer Savin is now seeking full payment. Shocking, but the good news is everything I have here is a fact and a judge will see it. Nothing surprises me anymore, but one thing is clear as you will see in the two photos, is that nothing we received was as advertised.

I called Summer, You Faux Girl interested in having a faux design done on our dining room ceiling. She came out and showed my wife and I various designs that we liked so much we decided to also do an accent wall in the Great Room ! She has such an eye for color and design you won't regret calling her . She truly is a pleasure to work with !

Summer did a wonderful job on my dining room, she was very thoughtful and creative in listening and identifying exactly what type of look we were going for as well as making sure the color was right for our home and furniture. She was quick in providing samples and arrived and completed the job exactly when promised. We cannot be more thrilled with the end result and would recommend Summer for any of your painting project needs! A joy to work with!

Summer did an amazing job! I can't believe how absolutely gorgeous the room looks now- the walls are beautiful. I love the way the light reflects off the paint at different times of the day. It's my new favorite room!

Summer is extremely Creative Artist. We built a Custom home ( 5500 sqft) and I worked with her directly to get Decorative Painting on the selected ceilings of the house. She did fantastic job for Coffered ceilings, double tray ceilings and Columns. Summer intially worked with me to understand my taste, soon enough to learn that I do not like dramatic finishes. She understood my classy taste, figured out my preferences to add more metallic finishes to the work. She produced samples right after our initial conversation and I approved them immediately. After all the work, Visitors of my house Wows her work, I get the comments like 'Wow, I really like what you did with your Coffers or Dinning or Breakfast ceilings'. I cannot miss to describe her amazing work for the Master bedroom ceiling. Over all Summet did a Fantastic Job!! Summer extended her help to me more than what she signed up for by giving me the design solutions for the interiors. Thanks Summer, we really appreciate all your help in building our Dream Project!

Summer at You Faux Girl! Design did an excellent job helping me select paint colors for my home. I loved the colors she picked out, and I could not have gotten such a great result without her assistance! She was great to work with, and I will recommend her to anyone looking to paint their home!
