I loved working with SHI! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an interior designer who brings creativity but designs something that fits YOU and your style. I took on a renovation project with a 1989 RV that had a very short turnaround time. Susan and Jill were excited to accept this unique challenge and strategically started working with my budget to evolve their creativity to fit my style and taste. Not only do Susan and Jill have excellent taste and resources, they know where to find the right products and materials. From adhesive backsplash to fun color palettes and flooring recommendations that made even the 150 sq. ft space look open and welcoming! They led me in new and different directions that provided beautiful solutions all the while making sure it was "on-the-go" friendly! Susan is just as polished and professional as her vibrant portfolio suggests–with a great sense of style, a keen eye for detail, and first-rate customer service. I can't thank SHI enough. :)

My daughter is even using them to redesign her apartment to accommodate her work from home situation. They listen, understand your needs and customize your project.

Susan was the lead person to help us rebuild master bathrooms from the studs out in our home and, a few years later, in a townhouse when we downsized this year, They were projects which required design and procurement services and coordination with trades people, most of whom did work for us for many years and with whom she was unfamiliar, and others from her extensive list of specialized craftspeople. The projects were complex and for the townhouse it required working during the current virus shutdowns and the issues on access, timing and acquisition of needed supplies. In addition, Susan provided interior design and decorating services as we needed to adapt our existing furnishings to a smaller unit and needed to acquire new things due to size and floor plan limitations. In all, she was equally professional, supportive and respectful of our views and our budget.

Susan Hayward Interiors completed a full office renovation for our firm. They had great vision for the space and were able to coordinate all of the vendors with ease! We are using them for all our our interior decorating at our home and vacation house as well and even a remote work space! They have been great at finding pieces that coordinate well with the spaces we have to work with and what companies to look towards for each project. Highly recommended!

Jill and Susan were fantastic to work with. They were extremely professional, timely, and attentive. It was so much fun designing our new home. Any problems we had with furniture was handled immediately. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’ve already referred friends. I highly recommend.

I worked with Susan on several designs projects in my home. Susan always has wonderful ideas and presents several options. She will offer her talented professional advice, but always respect your taste, style and budget. Susan is extremely responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. We had an issue with a vendor and Susan and her time went right to work to resolve it. The vendor actually reproduced the product and issued us a discount. As wonderful as a designer Susan is, she’s even a better person. She is kind, understanding, warm and compassion. Nothing is ever an issue and you never feel like you are bothering her. We are thrilled wIth our completed projects and will definitely work with Susan again in the future. I highly recommend you bless yourself with her talents and warmth.

Susan helped me redecorate my daughter's bedroom and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I am not a very creative guy, so having her input was extremely helpful. She had a bunch of really good ideas to get me started and to see the room in different ways. It is a 10'x11' space, but Susan found just the right sized furniture that my daughter (10 yo) loves. It's stylish, but really functional. And her assistant Jillian dealt with the furniture companies which helped a lot! I look forward to working with them to redecorate the rest of my condo.

It has been a pleasure to work with Susan Hayward. She has a vision for our project, which is to furnish a second home. She had many great ideas. She was able to use a textiles and rugs we already owned to create a very unique look in our home. She found many alternatives for furniture, lamps, decorative pillows, bedsteads and dressers in a range of prices. It is easy to work with Susan. She returns phone calls and texts immediately and comes on time to appointments. I recommend her highly for her aesthetic judgment and personable manner. She is a true five star designer !

Susan is a fabulous interior designer and the ultimate professional. She has the knack of zeroing in on what's important to the client, incorporates their individual ideas, but guides them to see "the bigger picture". Her aesthetic, including her sense of color, is really beautiful, and she has a great understanding of the products that are available, their durability and cost aspects. She is flexible with her time and her suggestions, which I have found to be somewhat of an unusual combination for professionals in this field. Susan has worked with me on a complex institutional project as well as with several people I know on smaller, more personal home projects. In each instance, she understood the need for consensus among the people involved, and definitely put the need of us as clients first. I wholeheartedly recommend her on every level.

The Patersons

Susan is a fabulous person and designer to work with. She helped me immensely with the redecorating of several rooms in my home. I have also worked with her in a professional capacity, as she has helped to decorate common areas in a Senior Community where I work. She is patient and will not settle until you are very happy with your selections. She is also very cost conscious and is able to stay within your budget. I HIGHLY recommend using susan for any project Big or Small!

Susan remains an excellent client purchasing fabric for window treatments and upholstery for her design clients. Susan is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of interior design. Susan was a absolute pleasure to work with and I could not be happier with the work she did for me. Not only is Susan a great listener but also extremely knowledgable, resourceful and creative. Things got done in a timely manner and her follow through was impeccable. My project was exceptionally unique and I really could not have achieved such amazing results without her help and guidance. I am the Executive Director of a senior community, Susan has decorated many common areas in our community and our dining room. I have also used Susan personally. She is a pleasure to work with. She does not have a personal agenda. Susan presents different ideas whether it be paint, wallpaper, carpet, window treatments or furniture, she is very thorough. Susan works with the client's personal taste and if you say no, she respects that and presents alternative ideas. Susan is a pleasure to work with. Susan has also work with individual residents at our community and has decorated their homes with taste and beauty. We have a long term continuous relationship with Susan on many different projects.

Susan is a design wizard! She helped us downsize from a 10 room city apartment to a small cottage with energy, focus and incredible taste. Her design aesthetic and imagination are wonderful. I have to say that Susan Hayward is wonderful and is all about the color and the feel... it is very natural for her... she made it look easy! I had remodeled my kitchen in my home, that was built in the early 1900's... and I was stuck 2 years out and it was still not painted... Ok, it was beige and I was so ready for a change. I was so unsure of what color to go with and where to end the color...as my kitchen was open to my front entry and I was clueless. Susan arrived and had her color wheel and began her magic... in no time she made some suggestions where certain colors would pull the colors out on my stain glass window... It looks amazing now, warm and bright... just what I wanted. Susan has been back again and again to help me get the color right... when it comes to color I don't make a move with out checking in with Susan!

She helped with my remodeling of master bathroom, plus my master bedroom. Susan pulled the rooms together to achieve the peaceful and modern look I was trying for.

Susan Hayward helped us re-decorate our family room. We had very few ideas about what we wanted to do when Susan first arrived, but she was patient with us and helped guide us in identifying what we liked and didn't like. Her ideas and recommendations were always thoughtful and respectful and she always gave us a chance to think about what we wanted to do, every step of the way. As a result, in the end, our new room is beautiful and feels like us. We had a few challenges with items arriving damaged from suppliers (no fault of Susan's), but she took action quickly to remedy the situation and followed through until every detail was attended to. Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our new family room decor. I have already recommended Susan to several of my friends. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

コメント：Do you know how the Bashian rug held up?Since it has some viscose in it I would only recommend it for low traffic areas such as this dining room. It has held up well with light to moderate use.
