Impressive work done by Studio Verticale - astoundingly aesthetic and functional. I am very satisfied with not only the quality craftsmanship and expertise, but also the high level of service that Mila (of Studio Verticale) provided professionally. After visiting multiple showrooms specializing in kitchen design, I visited Studio Verticale and I knew it was the perfect design company for me. Their space and products immediately spoke to my design sense and I was greeted by consultants that were cordial, professional and ready to help. They succeeded in taking my ideas and seeing them realized. My small kitchen space was enlarged into the living area with a seamless design and appropriate spacing for storage and appliances. Mila and her co-workers were consistently enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. I am happily enjoying my new space.

I first worked with Mila at Studio Verticale for the interior door and hardware package on a large residential project. The product selection and careful attention to detail are one of a kind for the New England Area. I've continued to work with Studio Verticale on other projects and can highly recommend working with them.

Working with Studio Verticale has been a real pleasure. Mila and David are very professional and helpful, provide invaluable advice, and always just a text or phone call away when we need them. They relentlessly have our best interest in mind—they listen closely to our ideas and would leverage their experience and expertise to create a design solution that not only incorporate our visions, but also improve upon them. Being new homeowners, there were times when our ideas were a bit unrealistic, and Mila and David would take the time to explain why those ideas were unrealistic, hence keeping us grounded or steering us away from overdoing things. This process has made us trust them both wholeheartedly. In addition, never once have they tried to upsell the products they offer; if anything, Mila and David would not hesitate to offer a lower cost item if that means getting us a better outcome. They have even helped us with projects that are outside of the scope of those that we contracted them to do! We realize that their products may have several weeks of lead time (as to be expected from custom-made, imported products). However, from experience, we know that their products are of fantastic quality and that they will stand behind them without question—we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future, and in fact will continue to work with them for the next year or so! I first went to Studio Verticale because I was looking for contemporary glass doors for the new home we were about to build in Gloucester. I spoke with Mila who assured me that they work within all budgets, but I assumed they would be too expensive. However, when an issue came up over some over-sized pockets doors I needed for the dining rm., (as well as architectural issues), I called Mila again to find out her pricing and possible solutions. She had not one but several options and I started working with her on other areas of my project. For example: I didn't want traditional wood baseboards, but something in metal - my kitchen cab. rep, the lumber supplier and my carpenter had no help to offer, but Mila gave me 3 options to consider with one having tons of styles and sizes, and samples are on the way! Another example: I wanted to put a slab of onyx stone as a full wall to my master bathroom shower, which was out of the question when I checked out the cost of the stone + install (never mind complications involved); luckily I mentioned it to Mila, who told me about Alex Turco's custom-sized art panels that can be used in wet areas and were less than 1/2 the cost! Due to innovative discounts, business contacts and ingenuity, I found that Studio V was actually getting me within my budget and providing higher quality materials and products than I could ever have found online or through custom work, at comparable prices. On top of that, Mila is the hardest-working person I've ever worked with, but is never pushy or assuming - and I love seeing her; she's so pleasant to be with. She has visited the site several times and is always so available - the fact that I can text or e-mail her anytime is wonderful, and is included as a free service. David is amazing, too, and so quick to give design ideas and offer his expertise. If someone told me that I would be working with such a high-end company as Studio Verticale, I would've laughed - now I am so grateful I took the time to compare them to the options out there and didn't end up with lower quality products. Check them out - no attitude, no pushiness, and really excellent service!
