We are so pleased with our home design. Marni and Jennifer were great with customer service and accomplished the design vision while staying within the allotted budget. Studio M redesigned our entire condo as well as provided project management with the contractor throughout the project. Communication was easy and consistent and the project was completed on schedule. We would recommend Studio M to anyone who is looking for professionalism and excellence.

I've had the pleasure of being a trade partner with Studio M Interiors for a few years now. Meeting with Marni and Jennifer on projects gives me a unique "behind the scenes" perspective on how they approach each client's project; with tremendous enthusiasm, creativity and attention to what the client is wanting to achieve. Both Marni and Jennifer are down to earth, friendly professionals who are a pleasure to create with.

I have used Studio M Interiors twice - once when I remodeled my kitchen & 4 bathrooms, and once to convert my basement into a "teen hangout" space and make some updates to the rest of my house. Studio M Interiors was very responsive, had great ideas and listened to what I wanted. They were cognizant of my budget, and worked within that to find what worked best.

Studio M, with Marni Ratner as lead designer, helped us to design our home in a 12 year old condominium building very near the square in Decatur. The kitchen was reconfigured to accommodate guests while we cooked and prepared for dinner parties. The dining room, which had been turned into a library accommodating hundreds of books was redesigned as a formal dining room . New furniture was chosen for living room and den including an important entertainment center. The result is a very comfortable and welcoming home for our adult children and our 8 grandchildren and for guests at our frequent dinner parties.

Studio M worked with us when we were building our new house. They were very helpful to keep us within budget and took our taste and helped narrow down our choices so everything wasn't as overwhelming!

Studio M interiors(Marni Ratner) was most helpful in working with the architect, the builder, and us in our renovation project. She stayed on top of things and was very responsive to our requests and concerns. We would have no hesitation in working with her again and recommending her to our friends.

Our house was newly built, and it was twice the size of our old house. We planned on hiring an interior designer to design, decorate and make our house feel like a home. We interviewed 3 decorators, and we chose Studio M. First, and most important, they outlined a budget with all of the items that we would most likely need to purchase. We had reserved money for the project, but we had no idea what it would cost to decorate a kitchen,breakfast room, living room, studio and master bedroom and bath. We loved that Studio M took the time to layout a plan that we could work from, and best of all, they continuously worked from the budget in a spreadsheet format always going back to the plan versus actual costs. Second, Studio M provided an inspiration page showing us what they heard during our interview. Please note, that we are a couple that doesn't have a strong opinion about furniture, colors, etc. We only know what we like as a finished project so we needed a decorator that could put everything together. It showed great listening skills which was the case during our entire project. Lastly, it was great because Studio M made a point to work with some of our existing furniture. Once the project began, Marni, the owner, worked according to our needs. We usually wanted a small sampling to evaluate. She did not piecemeal things. She storyboarded the entire room and then would install as much as possible at one time. Her project management skills were terrific and again, her budgeting skills were terrific. To this day, we absolutely love the finished product. I haven't had to adjust or add to anything that she did. It all works for us, and it truly made our house a home.

Working with Marni and her team at Studio M has been a very positive experience. She really listens to us and figures out the best style and function to meet our family needs. As a author of history books, she works with my desire to be authentic, yet meets my budget. Each year we tackle a new room or part of the house and I always look forward to hearing her fresh ideas!

Marni and assistant were my interior designers when I moved into a new condo. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were always easily reached and responsive to any questions or concerns. The finished result more than exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again

Studio M did an amazing job for us! They transformed our den, living room and foyer. Our den was an awkward space and we never knew quite what to do with it. Marni turned it into a beautiful and comfortable room for our family. It looks like it came right out of a magazine. We love it and all of the over spaces that Marni designed for us. Marni is so professional and easy to work with. She's very responsive and listened to what we wanted. She stayed within our budget and created living spaces that we are proud to show off. We would highly recommend Studio M Interiors!
