We interviewed a host of designers for our home remodel prior to selecting Sandra whom was a perfect fit for us. She excelled at simplifying a complicated process which seemed overwhelming. Her kitchen drawings were impeccably accurate making it easy for the contractors to follow. Her professionalism put her as an integral partner who worked on our behalf with the General Contractor and tradesmen throughout our project. Sandra understood what our goals and budgets were and she keenly worked closely with us to adhere to these needs. Probably the greatest complement we could pay her was that much of our remodel took place while we were out of town as Sandra understood the project and became the "go to person" in our absence. It was a joy to work with Sandra who was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, professional and had a sweet disposition at all times!

After buying a new home, Sandra came in to help me decorate my home. We installed hard wood flooring throughout the house and she deigned and created a home office for me. In addition, she developed a floor plan for the entire space and helped me find furniture and decorative accessories for the space.. The wood flooring completely transformed the space. The office deign she created was unique, functional, and beautiful. She took my general sense of what I was looking for and helped me create a space that reflects who I am and how I live. I still absolutely love it to this day. Sandra is very talented and have and will continue to work with her again in all the subsequent projects.

Sandra Harrigan is personable, easily approachable and she is always willing to listen and understand her client's needs and wishes. We have built a large home and she worked with us over two years and able to understand our taste and implement our ideas well. She is hard working, intelligent and knowledgeable. If I ever built a house, I will have her do the designing again.

She designed our renovation of a beach high rise apartment, including pushing out windows and incorporating a patio into the living space. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat was customized to our needs for a more livable and workable space. The luxurious home now includes a soaking tub for two, lots of closets and storage, a functional office with a murphy bed, and a full laundry room. Sandy had a clear vision of bringing the ocean and beach into the space. The result is very serene, light, and invites carefree living. Sandra also brought new life to another beach apartment, and the result is a beautiful, open & comfortably easy home. Currently Sandra is collaborating on a new construction project. Her aesthetic is flawless, and her easy and inviting disposition makes it a delight to work with her. We recommended her talents to friends, always with great satisfaction and lovely results.

The fact that we have hired Sandra Harrigan of Studio H for three separate remodeling projects is a testament to her talent and our satisfaction with her work. The first project for our 1960 ranch style home included a footprint expansion to create a master bedroom suite, complete with a large spa-style bathroom with 2-person soaker tub, and a large walk-in closet. Her concepts to reconfigure the space were amazing and allowed us to replace the shed-style laundry room on the back porch with a beautiful and highly functional laundry inside the house. Our second project was a complete transformation of our home office space--her ideas resulted in a very functional, yet stunning, office. The third project was a complete kitchen and guest bathroom remodel with a reconfiguration of the living space (living room, family room, dining room) to an open floor plan with a new vaulted ceiling. My husband and I really like to cook but our kitchen was tiny and disfunctional. Incorporating all our needs and desires, Sandra created a new layout that totally transformed our space. Her attention to detail, knowledge of materials and the newest products, and her super approachable personality, made for an easy and rewarding process. The new kitchen is large and functional and gorgeous, with a stunning, oversized window to view the back yard. Sandra was involved throughout the process from the initial concepts to the final installation and staging of furniture and accessories. We couldn't have been happier.
