Studio DiBerardino, LLC, an architectural firm, was established by Louis A. DiBerardino, AIA over 20 years ago with the distinct goal of finding unique design solutions, primarily in custom residential architecture, interior design and historic renewal. The firm has successfully executed projects of all types and sizes.
Since each project has a unique set of parameters (i.e. client’s needs and desires, site features, context, budget, schedule), Studio DiBerardino, LLC strives to respond with unique design solutions. Therefore, the firm does not have a single stylistic approach for our projects but a consistent desire to seek out a creative response for each design challenge. We continually evaluate the results of previous projects to better inform our process on future endeavors.
The firm welcomes clients with unique visions for their built environments and their projects of varying size and scale. This wide range of projects ultimately succeeds in stimulating our design approach. We promote the concept of a strong project team, which requires open and engaging dialog between the Client, Architect and Contractor. Within this context, the firm’s approach is to provide personalized service with a strong attention to detail to achieve the desired results.
Considering the inherent pitfalls of construction, the firm is skilled in identifying each party’s expectations, capturing and documenting the design vision while navigating the project team throughout the design and construction processes. Post construction, we look to maintain an ongoing relationship with our clients. We address initial occupancy issues as well as evaluate the performance of their building. Several of our clients have utilized our services on multiple projects.
The firm has a keen appreciation for architecture that already exists. We advocate the preservation and renovation of significant and functional structures as a first planning option. We encourage designs that are eco-sensitive, sustainable, flexible, efficient and accessible for all – these features add to the beauty of the building.
