Studio 80 Interior Design

I recently worked with Tracie on a luxury home in Edwards, CO and it turned out beautifully. Her role was interior designer and mine was kitchen designer. The finishes and details she spec'd throughout the home have made it into a one-of-a-kind mountain-modern retreat. Tracie at Studio 80 designed our vacation home and did an amazing job. She has the added benefit of being an interior architect as well as interior designer, and was able to make the space as functional as possible for our families to enjoy together on vacation. Her choices of decor were also incredible and we get so many compliments on how beautiful and comfortable the home is from all of our guests.

I have had the amazing experience working with Tracie and living in homes designed by Studio 80. Daily, I am still amazed at the gorgeous home I live in, and the vacation home we enjoy (both designed by Studio 80). Recommended by a respected local architect, Studio 80 did two projects for me: (1) the furnishing of a large Den/TV room and (2) the repurposing and designing of my living room. Both projects turned out just great. I wanted an Italian contemporary TV room to seamlessly transition to the rest of my more mountain home and I wanted the living room to become more sophisticated and contemporary , though it had to live comfortably with an antique dining room table. The color choices Tracie led me to were brilliant. She was professional, meticulous on my behalf and fun to work with. We feel we got more than our money's worth. I will continue to use her services.

In one word "Vision". I often wonder where Tracie Schumacher sources her creativity. Her work stands apart from trend and I love it. So, I suppose she taps into some underlying current of inspiration where we would all like to swim. Wherever it is that she gets her artistic vision, we are always thrilled to work with her. I know that if it is a remodel or a ground up project, it will be fabulous and fun! Tracie is innovative. Recently, we placed several rugs in a project she was completing in the Vail area and each piece was thoughtfully placed with surprising details in every room of the home. The bathroom shower with a floor covered in nickels reminds me of how she pushes boundaries of expectations.

Super friendly and funky Traci helped me remodel my kitchen and bedroom. She was easy to work with and had a great sense of what our family needed while keeping the project within our budget.
