Studio1030 Architects was established in 1996 by Craig Burdick and Hanne Bølling. As a firm we focus on all aspects of design from the inception to the rigorous detailing for construction. Regardless of size each project begins with a fresh approach and an investigation of design and ideas based on each projects unique program and location. Collaboration with our Clients and Artisans is integral with the process. Our background in Fine Arts, Contemporary and Modern Architecture enriches the projects. We are a diverse architectural firm working with Residential, Retail, Office and Commercial projects, Traveling Art Exhibits, Museum Work, Medical Facilities, Retirement Communities, Prototype Fabrication for projects, Furniture Design and Fabrication, Models forTraveling Exhibits and other Design disciplines. Building Green has been part of our design approach from the beginning, starting with the Powell house 15 years ago to recently being part of the team that received a Santa Barbara County Built Green Award.
