Stone Store

The Stone Store installed Caesar Stone countertops a few years ago. We are not satisfied with the performance of these countertops and are trying to get the Stone Store to initiate a warranty claim. We have made multiple calls to the Stone Store and have twice been assured that someone would contact us. The second assurance was made by Daniel, the manager, over a week ago. Daniel has not returned our follow up calls. What good is a lifetime warranty if you are not allowed to file a claim?

The Stone Store did such a great job accommodating my request to extend a bartop - they matched the material and did a seamless job. Amazing customer service and price!
