Let me start by saying, if I could give this review 10 stars I would! Kim was professional and personable and made our home a warm and comfortable place to be. Her interior design skills are unmatched and, almost effortlessly, she was able to capture my vision and bring it to life. She was able to incorporate my sentimental pieces into my current style, something I struggled with for years! Both of her store locations offer a great variety of home furnishings and accessories - very nice quality at affordable prices. I would recommend Kim’s services to all - Kim not only creates with her eyes, but with her heart!

Our experience with Stockbridge & Berry was only filled with positives. The Stockbridge & Berry owner, Kim (or Kim + her last name), listened carefully to our design objectives and gave us well thought out recommendations in a very professional way (manner?). When and where we were a little bit vague or incomplete in describing where we wanted to go, Kim was helpful in presenting alternatives which rounded out our missing areas without imposing a ridged, inflexible outline outside of our general intentions. At the same time, if Kim felt any of our ideas could use a twist, she encouraged us to consider alternatives (i.e.,"You might want to think about..."). We didn't feel lectured or that we were attending a design 101 course. Her pictorial presentations of our planning results were very invaluable, grounding and created a large comfort zone for us while we were operating in a new, unfamiliar environment. Also, Kim and her people were willing to travel to the site of our new home. Her assistants also brought a keen sense of awareness about what we were trying to accomplish and presented their own perspectives which were very valuable, again without being overbearing. Overall we were able to achieve (and improve) our desired goals, which we feel would not have happened without the valuable input of Stockbridge & Berry. Without a doubt we would recommend using the firm to anyone who needs some guidance in creating their design objectives. We consider ourselves very "Stockbridge & Berry-enriched" and we are sure that anyone who avails themselves of Kim and Stockbridge & Berry will feel the same way

Kim was fantastic! We had Kim provide interior design services for our renovation and it came out absolutely perfect! She understood our vision and worked closely with us to make it happen. Kim and Rob were both super professional and great to work with!

Kim and Eric have done an amazing job for me in every house I have ever owned. I think part of the reason my experiences have been so amazing with Kim and Eric is that they communicate constantly. And if they cant find what I am looking for they customize or make it for me. The house I have in Connecticut is just amazing and has the warmest feel due to both their amazing design work in both my bed room and my living room most recently. I am not into "over done" but more "classy comfort" feel and Kim got that right away and she created a very rustic feel for me bed room using some of my current furniture and looking at the way the light comes into the room. Then for my living room she asked me what I wanted and then continued to communicate with me until one day they showed me a lot of patterns and furniture and I loved it all and told her to use her best judgment. Needless to say I could not have created a better feel for my Lake house. Its got a "rustic warm beach vibe that works for my lake, which is exactly what I wanted. I get so many compliments on my hand painted reclaimed barn wood mermaid that Eric custom made for me. Its like they read my mind. Love every thing this company does. I highly suggest you look at my pictures you will not be disappointed in anything you receive the way of one piece or a full room. I plan to do more work with them going into 2017 . :)

The owner & designer were great to work with. They came up with good ideas and everything was coordinated beautifully. The delivery people were very respectful of our home and and setting up the new pieces of furniture.

We have worked with Kim and Eric on 3 home projects, and have been really pleased with the result every single time! They collaborate quite well with each other, and it carries over to their clients. Kim has the unique ability to understand my thoughts, and provide suggestions that work for me, and my budget. I am always greeted by name when I drop into the shop. They have remarkable recall ability, and a willingness to take time to give suggestions (paint color) for spaces they haven't necessarily worked in. Decorating mistakes can be expensive and long lasting. I appreciate having professional help with my purchases.

I have used Stockbridge and Berry for several furniture pieces in my home and I can say that I have been so pleased. Kim has listened to everything I have said and what I envision for my home to perfection. She now knows my tastes and likes so much, that all she has to do is go to a few pieces in her books, and she can pick out exactly want I want. I love that. I can go on and on about the store and Kim, but I will say if anyone is looking for a very personal touch with a business that is not a huge furniture business, please try Stockbridge and Berry. You will be very satisfied and will keep coming back for all your needs.

I have worked with Stockbridge and Berry for over 7 years and they have helped me transform my historical house into a family orientated home for 2 kids. They take their time to design layouts and use existing pieces of furniture and are extremely helpful in helping me find new pieces that fit our style and home. I highly recommend their furniture and design services.

I used Stockbridge and Berry for two custom made pieces of furniture. One was a desk and the other a kitchen island. Erick worked with me on both of these projects to get exactly what I wanted. I was thrilled with the end results. The style and stain of the desk matched beautifully with the country decor of the living room and the very functional island became a natural part of the kitchen with its pull out drawer cutting board and farm table style to allow friends to gather around. We have been extremely pleased with Stockbridge and Berry and would use them again for other decorating projects!

We purchased a sofa, rug and custom window treatments from Kim - she and her husband were fantastic to work with! They came to our house, photographed the layout and our current furniture and came back with recommendations on how to use our existing furniture with the new items. They were professional and wonderful to deal with. We recently moved out of state and I contacted Kim to order more window treatments for our new home! Fantastic to work with!

The team worked with me in finding a good color and pattern for sofa, loveseat and chairs to match roman shades I already. had in my living room. Kim, owner, did a wonderful job in providing me with helpful tips for creating a well designed conversational living room after a home visit. Rob did an amazing job on the computer to create my new look. Both were very patient with me while deciding exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the sofa and loveseat came damaged, but that was not a problem because Kim immediately, without any hassle, contacted the manufacturer who made new frames for the damaged pieces. I was able to use the pieces while the new ones were being made. At no time did I feel that I was forgotten or a bothersome customer. They went above and beyond to make things right and work with my changing ideas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to redecorate or even purchase just one piece of furniture. You receive more personal attention than the bigger furniture/decorator stores. Their selection of furniture and samples is huge with varying price ranges. A welcoming place to shop.
