We hired outdoor Kitchen Creations to help us design, and build our outdoor kitchen BBQ. From our first visit everyone at the showroom was extremely courteous and easy going. No one was pushy or seemed overly "eager". Based on our existing patio layout and some design requests on our part, they came up with a design that we were very happy with. We decided on the appliances, type of BBQ, and accessories we needed for our design which was very smooth. After ordering the appliances, we were given a date on when construction for the BBQ would start. Most of the fabrication was done off site which really helped save time at our house and mess. At the time decided on, the team started on our built in BBQ and it went extremely well. Any small minor issues were easily dealt with and communication was great. One of my pet peeves is communication with contractors, and they were great and easy to deal with. Our outdoor BBQ turned out amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them in a heartbeat. "The Big Green Egg", a world class smoker which they fully support was introduced to me, and after much research and questions were answered I am now the proud owner of one, and I must say it is one of the highlights of my back yard experience. The Island was built precisely as I designed and envisioned it. All the components were installed and I am a very, very satisfied customer. One who would ( and does) absolutely recommend this company to family and friends! They also continually are available for questions, support and ideas for an ongoing relationship.
