As a culmination of the years of experience building a foundation in custom home building and working up through the ranks from construction manager to a VP of Construction and Operations in residential production, Steven has decided to share his vast knowledge and skills by creating a unique Home Building company focusing on the customer experience from inception to delivery of the Home and beyond. He specializes in custom homes from beginning to end, involved in every step of the process. Steven is married to Kristine Forbes and has two daughters, Isabelle age 14 and Hayden age 11. Steven’s wife Kristine is in the construction industry and is presently the Vice President of Sales for a top 10 home builder in metro Atlanta. Home Building truly is in their DNA! Through the years, Steven has had the opportunity to mentor many individuals to not only to grow in their professional life, but in their personal and family life as well. It's important to him to share his knowledge and give back in the ways he can. Steven holds a degree in finance, State of Georgia Contractors License, NPDES Certification, OSHA 10 Hour and is an active member of the GAHBA.
