Steve and his crew did a beautiful job with my condo remodel. My job was not a huge gut job or a new construction, but they gave me that kind of attention from start to finish. In this area it is difficult to find someone to do a remodel between a small job 'handyman' project and a whole house renovation. Steve escorted me to all my vendors and helped me select finishes, so even after all my homework on Houzz, it was nice to have the pro assist me. I was very lucky to find Steve and his crew. Workmanship was stellar, site was always neat and clean, and Steve routinely was EARLY for all appointments. I would highly recommend S & S construction.

I hired S&S Custom Builder on a recommendation from a realtor. S&S completely renovated our 3,000 sq. ft., 3br, 3 bath home. Firstly, the quality of the workmanship was excellent, people who come to our home remark on it (from woodwork to tile to painting, etc.). Steve looked for the best subs but also taking cost into consideration, he demands excellence. One of the best parts of hiring Steve (and we were out of town during the 4-5 month rennovation) was that for any decision I had to make, he would text me pictures for my complete understanding, minimizing redo. The other main component of working with Steve is his trustworthiness. Finally, he stayed within schedule and when we walked into the house upon near completion, we were very satisfied! Post renno S&S made sure everything is taken care of to our liking in a very timely manner.

What can I say but Thank you to S&S Custom Builders for renovating my kitchen .We bought a house last year that had been built in 1990's with no renovations. So needless to say the kitchen was not my cup of tea and needed to be updated. Steve came and gave a consult and some great ideas as well . We accepted his bid and had him begin immediately. He and his employees were great. I Love my new kitchen and thank them for getting it done in a timely matter. We have since recommended them to several family,friends and neighbors! I went with a small, local company for my 5 bedroom, 4 bath beach home in Vero. Steve was exceptional from start to finish. His plans, designs, and completion of work were all professional and far exceeded our expectations. Every day they worked, his crew cleaned up and made our space inviting at all times. I was most impressed when the owner, Steve, came in under budget and even recommended alternative ways for us to get all we could and stay in the budget agreed upon. Our final outcome is beautiful!
