We love our new kitchen! After our first consultation with Stephanie we were confident she understood what we wanted in our kitchen renovation. She designed the perfect kitchen for us. Stephanie is a pleasure to work with. As well as being respectful of our budget, she is very professional, with a great eye for detail. Stephanie designed my mud room lockers and cabinet. The cabinet maker she recommended was the one we had the biggest issue with. The cabinets did not line up so there was some sharp points, it was poor install and it was never fixed even after countless calls to Stephanie and the cabinet maker.

Our family had just moved into a brand new home and although the house was beautiful it was definitely lacking something. I found Stephanie on Houzz and loved what I saw. After an initial meeting we hired her. I was TOTALLY in love with what Stephanie came up with. Unfortunately, due to cost, we couldn't have everything done. After about 6 months and while we were away, Stephanie came in and set up our new great room, home office, and master bedroom. When I came home and first saw it I couldn't believe how absolutely beautiful everything was. I was a blubbering mess. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Stephanie. I'm going to miss her. We hired Stephanie Charest Interior Design upon completion of the framing scope of our new home build and Stephanie confidently took on her role as designer. When my husband & I made the decision to renovate the complete main level of our home (over 1900 sq ft), I knew we needed an expert in order to blend our ideas and prevent costly mistakes. After viewing many of Stephanie's projects, we engaged her services, and we were very happy with her ability to take us to a new level of thinking in order to create the final results. She was very professional, but fun and easy to work with. During the process we chose to add items which increased our budget. We have used her may times since then to help us update other items, and because of her talent , we love our home.

After deciding to renovate our small bungalow instead of moving, we knew we needed professional help. That is when we asked Stephanie to please help us. On our initial meeting we let Stephanie know what we wanted/liked and discussed the dreaded “budget”. She not only stayed on budget but gave us a home that functions well, is so beautiful, and expresses our lifestyle. She is a true professional, with her attention to detail and commitment to keep “on track”. Her talents were endless, from perspective/design drawings, selection of all finishes, choosing colour scheme, indoor and outdoor lighting, furniture, window treatments, and accessories. We were also fortunate enough to commission an original painting from Stephanie that is displayed in our living room for all to see. I would recommend Stephanie without any hesitation, she is BRILLIANT!

Stephanie helped us to create our wonderful new living space. She was with us from the start and fully engaged on all aspects of the renovation – the design and drafting of the new space, the selection of materials, the choice of colours and working with the trades. We are delighted with the new look and Stephanie deserves much of the credit for the success of our renovation. We met Stephanie through a referral from some friends who had a renovation done on their 1950’s ranch bungalow. I fell in love with a light fixture she had chosen for their powder room and knew she was the “idea person” I needed. Our house is a 90-year old Arts and Crafts style bungalow and keeping the character in the home while updating the look are key to us. Our plan is to do some cosmetic changes with colour and accessories to enhance the day to day livability of our home.
