I was a little reluctant to use a designer from Steinhafels, I did not know much about the store. After giving it much thought, I decided to use the designer Debbie Krukowski, from the Vernon Hills store. Debbie came to my home, measured and studied the room. She then asked me what I wanted in the room and asked me for rug and paint samples that were already in the room. A few weeks later Debbie contacted me. I met with her and she had designed a floor plan for the room including furniture, accessories and color schemes of what she thought would go well in the room. I ended up ordering most of the furniture, wall hangings and accessories that she suggested. I received all of the furniture and accessories and the room looks fabulous!! I love walking into the room! It brings me so much happiness!! I am so happy that I used Debbie from Steinhafels! She is knowledgeable, professional and a wonderful to work with!

Their pickup Dept is a joke told us we needed to make an appointment to pick up item we paid for the week earlier my wife showed them the email stating we had been scheduled pick up we waited at least a half hour to receive our chairs

Make sure to look over your Salesperson's shoulder while he enters your order, even if you show and point out you want the exact bedroom set on the showroom floor. My Salesperson entered the wrong color for my order - And according to a store manager this was "my fault" because I didn't catch the error on the computer screen during my terrible purchase experience. Now was the error a result of my Salesperson trying to help multiple customers at one time - As we watched him in his words "check the computer " three or four times while helping me...lol Exciting experience gone bad

What a joke of a place. Salesman told us the set we picked out (rug, love seat and couch) were in stock. Told them to hold for a month until we moved. Delivery day came and went, nothing. Salesman either lied to us or sold our set. They did have our love seat and rug, but it didn't make the delivery truck (whatever that means). Would do nothing about it except deliver next week. We are now waiting for a couch that they originally said they had for two months now. It gets better... The couch finally came in but not being delivered until Mid May, almost another month later. Apparently 30 miles is too far, and we paid to deliver!! Oh did I say that they wanted to charge us for the extra delivery!! Long story short, we hope the couch is fine because we never want to deal with this company again. On the bright side, we are getting to visit a lot of quant small furniture stores that want our business.

I paid for designer service from the Crystal Lake Store. Designer has very limited time. I'm waiting a month for an appointment. I don't recommend the designer in Crystal Lake because of the very limited availability.

Extremely disappointed with the purchase of a sofa and love seat. Sales associate told me that the latest my order would be delivered is at the end of Jan 2021. Every week I checked the site and the love seat finished date was pushed back farther and farther. I understand with restrictions and protocols due to covid, and the length of time that it takes to make these pieces of furniture that the wait time would be a while. I put in this order on October 31st of 2020, and saw that my sofa is ready to be delivered. I made a call to a representative and asked about getting the sofa delivered early while I waited for the loveseat to arrive. I was told I was going to get charged the full $150 dollars to have the sofa delivered. I stated that I thought it was ridiculous that I have purchased these products and delivery in full, and the fact that I am supposed to wait until Mid-March at the earliest to receive both items. That is under the stipulation that the date does not change to even farther out. I have purchased a few things from this company in the past and have had good experiences, but if you expect your customers to pay additional charges based on knowledge that the product would arrive near end of January, I cannot continue to shop here and will take my business elsewhere. I am unaware of how long these products will take to make and ship and there is no end-date in sight. I have been patiently waiting for over 3 months now, and no one can seem to give me an answer, or willing to work with myself as a customer even a little bit.

Hired Kathy for design Services , very frustrating with her time gaps and lack of design options and selections. Could not provide us with a 3D presentation over internet as promised, only got snapshots of her selections and placements. Once we ordered which took months, prices went up sustainably. We ordered furniture-5 weeks ago but we were recently notified our living furniture is backed ordered for 17 weeks...we have no furniture to sit on..they will not return calls and want to charge us a 30 % restocking charge on custom furniture not yet made from lazy boy. After paying for design Services we were to receive discounts to help off set cost, but they jacked up prices and it cost us more not less for this po project. This company is difficult at best to work with for designing and buying a complete household of furniture ....never again. BIG COSTLY MISTAKES

We worked with Aaron Keller, interior designer at Steinhafels. The quality and choice of products were numerous. Aaron’s professionalism went above and beyond our expectations. Working with Aaron and Steinhafels was a vey positive experience. They both kept us in the loop about our products and concerns via email and texts. They were prompt and courteous. We would work with Aaron and Steinhafels again.

New Couch with broken / defective recliner mechanism delivered to our house. We were told in order for THEM to pick up and deliver an exchange we would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $90. Tremendous arrogance to charge your customer to solve your mistake. Couldn't bring myself to give them any more money, so we resolved by making the exchange with our own truck. Never again.

We have been very pleased with our relationship with Amanda Walters. Never having had a decorator or designer before, we didn't know what to expect. Our project began 3/5/2019. Our last delivery was June 19 at which time we decided to take a break, due to our life schedules. We like the fact that she listens to us and respects our desires. And we are very happy with her ideas and ability to carry them out for us. We are excited as we begin phase 2 of our new condo decorating and furnishing with Amanda as our designer. I'm assuming that completion will be around 2/2020, again due to our life schedules.

John was great! Shower up on time, walked the house and gave detailed information. His presentation was great and he has an eye for what would bring rooms together. We have a challenging space to design and he pulled it off in a way I could never do. Thank you!

Make sure you document your time with them, I paid for 6 hours and maybe got 4 at the most. When I needed their advice the most, she told me I was out of time and would need to pay for another 6 hours. Did not get what I expected to when I hired her.

On April 14, 2019 we paid $600 for 11 1/2 hours of consulting. Time spent at the store buying things wasn't supposed to count toward the hours. After spending about $8,000 on new furniture I just contacted Patty to see how much time we had left she told us 1/2 hr. This was disappointing, as there was then no effort made to complete our project. We should have keep track of the hours our selves. When we were with her she was good, but she was very difficult to contact. She told us two $1,600 ea. recliners that we bought were in stock, when it turned out to take almost 8 weeks to get them. We even ordered a couch for the sunroom, which she said was small, but turned out larger than the other one we bought for the living room. After measuring it myself it wouldn't fit and we had to cancel the order.

I am deeply indebted to Keri Russoniello for creating such a beautiful space for me in my combination work and living space. Keri is tremendously creative, and has an eye for detail, color, and bringing warmth and fun into a room. She understood what I was hoping for, and she delivered 100%. I can't more highly recommend anyone. I feel extremely lucky that I walked into Steinhafels that day in early 2019!

Dawn was a total professions during my family room remodel. She made wonderful suggestions but most importantly was a good listener to my likes and desires. I hope to work with her again on my future remodeling projects

We had designer Aaron Keller at Steinhafels in Menomonee Falls. He provided excellent , professional ingenuity that accomplished both our needs and our wants down to every little detail we might have missed. We highly recommend Aaron and his services!!

Absolutely recommend the Steinhafel's decorating service and I love the quality of the furniture. After 20 years of trial an error with my awkward family room I decided to ask for help from a professional. She gave me three phases of room suggestions so I could save up money for each additional step. My existing decor and our family's needs were taken into account. Will definitely use this service again.

My professional person was very helpful, but did not like that I was not told she ordered me outdoor carpeting. I had to send one back and the other I put on bare basement floor. I didn't want to take another 150.00 loss. Wish I had more input.

Jenii was fantastic!! She exceeded our expectations in designing our new corporate office space. We hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

Very disappointed with this store. I do not recommend it at all. We bought a mattress too firm, and we are not able to do an exchange. Salesman didn’t explain to us we needed to buy a specific Steinhafel protector in order to return. Now we are stuck with this mattress, and nobody was able to solve this situation. Even though, it wasn’t our fault!

Working with Aaron was amazing! I loved his ideas for each room. He was professional and kind and seriously worked until I was in love with every aspect! My rooms are complete, and I receive rave reviews from everyone! I can't say enough good things about my design and about Aaron.

Aaron was very easy & fun to work with! Always professional, prompt & on the ball! I am a huge HGTV fan but to experience this personally exceeded my expectations !! This was my first experience working with a professional designer, and Cathleen was great! I am so glad we used her recommendations. We find ourselves spending much more time in our living room.

Lori Green was absolutely fabulous. She was very patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Lori made excellent suggestions on how I might improve the look of my living room. Andrea is wonderful. She listened and paid attention to what I liked as we walked around the showroom. She then took those ideas along with measurements from my home and put it all together for me. She allowed me to tweak the design a bit and was friendly and open during the entire process. I still have a few things I need to do as I was completing my project in stages. I highly recommend her!

Patti Stindt was outstanding Great to work with, understood what I wanted and worked with me to get the job to completion. I'd highly recommend Patti to anyone.

We were ready to update our family room and had a color scheme in mind but needed help with design and an optimal furniture layout. Michelle was wonderful in providing us with layout and furniture options, paint colors, and accessory suggestions. Her 3D presentation had an enormous impact on bringing her design to life for us. Michelle was always responsive in answering questions, offering her expert suggestions, and staying within our budget. We love this truly "family friendly" family room. We highly recommend Michelle for her great talent and excellent customer care

Recently, we did a living room refresh and steinhafel's design team helped pull it together with our new flooring, kitchen remodel and new wall colors. The experience was terrific, the designer was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. She incorporated existing pieces and was able to give us the fresh new look that we were looking for.

Unfortunately, we were not able to use the services of our Decorator. She seemed very nice; however, the Sales person we had at Steinhaufals was very high pressure. When we did not seem to be ready to purchase, he just walked away. We were considering redoing our room. The Sales person, eager to push a sale, then convinced us to spend $300 to get a decorator and secure us in the Memorial Day Sale prices by locking into a designer. It sounded like a decent idea; however, our plans changed, so we are now out $300. It is our fault, but in the end, we were turned off by the High Pressure sales of the sales person that was with us. Do not recall his name. We will be redoing our home and in need of furniture in the near future, but will most likely go elsewhere where they are happy to help whether you are ready to make an immediate purchase or not. Not sure if all sales people are like this at Steinhaufels, but our $300 mistake will most likely have us going elsewhere.

We sought design services from Laura Hoffman because we had two difficult spaces that needed furnishing. We are very pleased with all choices and suggestions that Laura made and her advice was spot on. Every piece works together to make our once difficult to furnish spaces look easy and natural. We love how it looks and the furniture is comfortable and fulfills our needs. Laura was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. As a bonus she brings a kind and happy personality as well. It was a pleasure working with Laura and we highly recommend her design services.

This is my first experience using a decorator. So glad I listened to the manager at steinhafels when she recommended using a decorator to help me with designing my space. I always thought decorators just did what they wanted which is not at all what I was looking for. My decorator Brittany asked what I liked and we went from there. She understood what I was looking for exactly! I love what she has done! I would not hesitate to use her services again for other rooms.

Dawn did a magnificent job staging the common spaces in both of our apartment buildings. Our residents have nothing but great things to say about the ambiance and feel when they enter their homes. Thank you Dawn!

I am a home builder and have worked with Dawn on about six projects now. She is excellent at listening to your design goals and working collaboratively with her project vision to achieve something truly current. She doesn't overdecorate and works diligently to stay within budget. Of course, we will be utilizing her skills again in the future.

Julie was a warm and sincere professional. She suggested many ideas but always listened carefully to our needs and questions. My husband loved the fact that she created a space with our antiques that felt comfortable.

We bought a couch in February 2017. When we picked it up at the store the warehouse workers dropped it and broke a piece of wood on the frame. After coming out 3 times and canceling another visit (total of 4 scheduled trips to our house) they finally fixed it yesterday. Very disappointed it took 7 months to get Steinhafels to fix the couch. We called to express our frustrations and they didn't offer anything except telling us to wait longer.

Rhonda helped us with purchasing our new sun room & living room furniture. We have not brought new furniture in over 20 plus years. Professionalism and knowledge is what comes to mind when I think of how Rhonda assisted us with the selection of furniture. The two rooms are beautiful and experience was excellent.

Rhonda was great to work with. She hit the nail on the head with colors and fabric choices for my son's condo. She was respectful of our "style" and was always quick to return calls and answer questions. She helped make his first home top notch. I would use Rhonda on any feature home design projects.

Pleasant to work with and very good interior designer. She has good, practical ideas to fit my situation. Attentive and answers emails and phone calls.

Linda Patti is an amazing decorator. She helped us redo our entire home from picking out wall paint, flooring, lighting and bathroom fixtures. We purchased a decorator package with Linda and she shopper the entire Steinhafels store to pick furniture for our home and keep us in our budget. She color coordinated everything. I liked how she was honest with me when I would ask her her opinion on something. I would highly recommend Linda Patti. She is kind, caring, reliable, and a great sense of decorating.

So happy we hired a decorator to help with the make-over in our home. Very easy to work with and not as stressful for us. I also like that she was able to use products from other stores, which kept our cost down.

Working with Laura has been a wonderful experience. She is very gifted in design. She is respectful of my ideas and has the ability to make my "dream home" come true. I am very grateful for the gift of Laura. She is a delightful combination of professional and genuine!

I am completely satisfied and happy with the decorating job that Lori Green has performed for me. She is easy to work with and listened to my concerns, ideas and budget limitations. I met my wonderful Decorator, Anne Hilldreth, and she was most professional, and knowledgeable about my situation, and I'm glad I took her color choices. She helped me with my tiny tight budget, and she went out of her way to help me. I want to meet with her again to finish the things we discussed. I highly recommend her to any client, and appreciate all her help.

I loved working with Laura Hoffman. She worked with some items I needed to include on the design. There were some oops that always happens and she helped solve them in a timely and approved manner for me. Gave me great ideas as she worked with some of my own. I love my new spaces.

I am so happy with my furniture! Ida worked with us to pick out exactly the right sectional and chair, the color and pattern of the fabric on each and the set up. She came to my home twice to make sure the pieces we chose would fit in our family room and that the fabrics worked with our rug and other furniture in the room. She was friendly and professional and listened to our needs.

Our decorator, Anne Sperry, is from the Kenosha store. She helped us bring life back into our tired 1960's bungalow. Now it feels like we are on vacation at a 4 star hotel. I can't say enough about how nice it is to have a great eye for detail and to finally love the house we've been in for over 30 years. Thanks Anne. Wish we had more homes for you to do...it was such a pleasure.

First off, I'm not one to leave reviews, but my frustration with Steinhafels has reached its peak. The only reason it's getting two stars instead of zero is because the in-store representative was nice. But that was where any semblance of a good experience ended. The delivery and subsequent customer service was insultingly bad. First, I was given two hours notice that my scheduled delivery date had to be rescheduled because their truck was broken down. Not ideal, but they agreed to come the next day. When they finally did, they dragged my mattress and box spring through the rain and across the wet pavement to the cargo elevator of my building. To load the mattress into the elevator, the delivery person proceeded to use his boots to kick my $1100 item. Upon getting it into my apartment, surprise surprise, the foot of both the mattress and box spring are soaking wet and muddy. I was told that I would be contacted by Steinhafels to arrange a replacement delivery. While the initial email I received after this just said the mattress was now out of stock (flash of anger), the next email confirmed a replacement delivery for the next Friday, between 2:45pm-4:45pm. Mind you these are work hours so I had to change my schedule to accommodate. That Friday finally arrives, at 6:45pm, and all they have is a replacement mattress and my dirty, stained box spring is still sitting in my apartment. At this point I felt the need to let Steinhafels management know about how upset I was at my experience, mainly to give them the opportunity to resolve this issue before publicly expressing my dissatisfaction (on Yelp, Google, etc). After sending a formal letter of complaint, I received a voicemail from a gentleman named Troy at 4pm on a Saturday stating that unless I called him back within the next two hours, he would be out of the office until Tuesday. I assumed I would receive a follow up call when he was back in the office, but that again was a foolish assumption. By the time Thursday rolled around I called him back (which felt backwards to me), but I only got a voicemail. I left a message asking to be contacted again. Here we are, almost a week later, and I've still heard nothing from anyone at Steinhafels. So here I am, almost a month after the initial scheduled delivery, with a dirty and stained box spring and receiving no support from the company after spending $1100. Oh and did I mention that the bottom side of the replacement mattress they sent me is ripped? I had the joy of discovering this after the delivery men had already left. I wish I could upload pictures here as I have pictures of all of this. Please be warned. For what you are paying for, you will get a severely inadequate level of customer service.

We hired Mari Johnson as our design consultant. First and foremost, she connected us with a painter to provide the foundation for the decor. Most of the painting was done before we officially moved in, what an accomplishment! Mari made several home visits to outline our plans. She was always positive and open, she understood when we wanted to be bold and when we didn't. She was very respectful of our budget. My only minor concern is the time it took for the office furniture, we thought it would be a "few days" but that turned into several weeks. We highly recommend Mari and this service. We intend to keep working with her.

While shopping for furniture, the salesman suggested using a designer. We are very glad that we did. Michelle has provided excellent service to us. She suggested furniture options that we would have never thought of. She helped us select fabrics and cushion options.

It's so nice to have someone that knows exactly how big a couch should be for a room and a rug. I I finally feel comfortable in my own House, with my own style.

I am so happy the Ida came into our home and made it beautiful. I would not have been able to hang the curtains, or the pictures by myself. I was so lucky to have Ida. She is truly awesome, she went above and beyond of what I expected. I recommend her to everyone that sees our house.

Bob Oates and Aaron Keller are fabulous! Couldn't be happier with my big city style den! Aaron is a great designer and can make your vision a reality within your budget!

Times in the store when Lori helped as a salesperson with ideas and showed us around the showroom were quite good. Once we bought the design services, we found little of value. We were surprised and let down that the design idea plans were given to us as small light pencil sketches which were free handed using 1/2 of a sheet of plain paper - not even on graph paper. Dimension and size were not noted on the hand made sketches of furniture until we asked them to be which was hurriedly added in scribbles. There was no online application used where we could move things around or get a feel for our options in color, size or layout. No magnetic board to talk thru ideas, or even little cardboard pieces on graph paper to play with. Seems like there were zero design tools provided to the designers? Where is the value to the customer? We had 2 goals - Give us good alternates to our current arrangements and give us the exact sizes to understand scale and be able to intelligently compare on the showroom floor where everything looks like it will fit - so we could rule things out and choose wisely. We do not feel this was done. We were also told that the designer would keep us abreast of the time sent, so we knew exactly how much we had left after 2 meetings. When we asked in our 2nd meeting at the store, since we had not been kept in the know, we were met with indignant tone and conversation. It was the last time we initiated any connection with that particular store. We went to other Steinhafel locations. We have bought almost all our furniture for 30+ years at Steinhafels, and will continue to do so. But were very disappointed in this design service. We would not recommend it until they pay a little money to get a helpful, professional, interactive, computer program or magnetic boards or grids with furniture pieces that can be used to guide a consumer. We did better using free online designing tools. Which really was too bad. We were so excited to hire a professional to help us. And it was not a decision made lightly as we are a one income family with not alot of room for splurging on this kind of help. This evaluation is not just about the designer, but about what the company is providing to make the design experience fresher, more up-to-date, and make the customer feel like they are getting value for their hard-earned money and time spent - and I'm sure for the design team - so they feel more cutting edge and able to satisfy the customer better.

We hired Aaron Keller to help decorate our living room, two bedrooms and hallway. The results were beautiful! Aaron presented very creative ideas I never would have thought of. He has an amazing sense of style and is gifted in the work he does! I look forward to working with Aaron again in the future.

My husband and I had been to several furniture stores and were not finding a good selection of unique products until we walked into Steinhafels. We were also lucky enough to have professional designer Aaron Keller help put together our new look for our living room. The service we received was professional. It was so refreshing to actual get a company to help us and to do with professionalism. This also includes the delivery service! Our entire experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Steinhafels.

I hired Aaron to help decorate my new condo. Things started off just fine. He took measurements and made preliminary recommendations. I met with him in the store to find some unique pieces and we ordered the furniture. During the process I also requested help with my bathroom. Aaron recommended a contractor whom I hired. Things started off fine with the contractor, too. And then the problems began. The contractor got behind due to his side jobs. The furniture was delivered before the bathroom was finished which made trying to keep things clean difficult. Once the bathroom was finished, I found several issues with the shower tile and the trim on the bathroom cupboards and vanity. Aaron agreed the contractor would have to fix/re-do them. He also said he would begin looking for finishing pieces. That was basically the last time I heard from Aaron. He did send one more text about some pillows. I've gotten the runaround from the contractor. He said Aaron has put him on other jobs despite both Aaron and the contractor knowing that my job needs finishing. It has now been about 4 months since the bathroom project began, and I've been given no timeline as to when it will be finished. Aaron's style is great, but I'm very disappointed with the follow through on both his part and the contractor's.

We bought a different home last spring & were moving from a 2 story older home & into a newer ranch style. Jessica B. was our designer & was extremely helpful in our transition with incorporating our antiques & our newer purchases from Steinhafels. She did a fabulous job & was very considerate & friendly. We have been extremely happy. Also Debbie on the sales floor was also a great help to us. Thanks so much. We are glad your store located in Appleton.

My husband and I needed help figuring out the layout to our oddly shaped living room. We saw Steinhafels has a Decorating Solutions service and decided to try it out. Patti Stindt has been amazing! She came to our house, asked a lot about how we use the room, how much seating we wanted, what our budget was, styles we like, and took measurements of the space. Less than two weeks later we met with her at the store and she showed us two room layout options, including furniture suggestions. We selected the pieces we wanted and then changed our minds a couple of times. Throughout the process she has been responsive to our needs, didn't pressure us at all, and ultimately gave us a great layout that we love. It was definitely worth the cost to hire her and we would recommend her and use the Decoration Solutions service again.

We aren't quite finished yet, but have loved everything so far. Especially help picking out paint colors and window treatments. Looking forward to starting the next big project (kitchen)! We enjoy working with our designer, Laura.

Working with Rhonda was fantastic! She created a simple plan and reduced our clutter. She thought of all the accessories also! Rhonda even purchased many and brought them out to our home!

We worked with Anne H. in the Vernon Hills store. We furnished and decorated 4 rooms in our new home. Anne was extremely helpful every step of the way. She took the time to understand our preferences and the needs of our family. Anne helped us choose paint colors for the walls, custom furniture for the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room, accent pieces, storage pieces, and wall art. Most of the furnishings were purchased from Steinhafels, but Anne found pieces that worked for us from other sources as well. We had a great experience working with Anne!

Colleen did a fabulous job decorating our living room. She came up with the perfect leather sectional and upholstered chair for us and then chose a beautiful assortment of accessories to compliment the room. She understood our needs and worked to fulfill them, always giving us a variety of options. I would definitely recommend her services.

Working with Dawn was truly a wonderful experience. Not entirely sure what style fit our tastes the best, she completely guided us through the selection process to help us find the exact look and feel we were searching for to furnish our new home. By using her services, she saved us countless hours that we would have spent trying to create our own look which would have not turned out nowhere near as nice as what Dawn had created. She was so easy to work with and we could not be more satisfied with what she had done for us. My only regret is that we do not have anymore rooms for her to help us out with!

I lived in my new condo for a year before buying new furniture. I felt overwhelmed and didn't have the slightest idea of where to start. I hired Mari Johnson at Steinhafle's to help me through the process. Mari listened to my vision and helped me pull it all together. I wanted my home to be my santuary. With Mari's help, my condo has become that place. It is beautiful, but the best part is that it is truly a representation of who I am. From the furniture, to the accessories, to the colors on the wall, it is exactly what I wanted, but didn't know how to do on my own. I would highly recommend Mari Johnson. She has the knowledge it takes to make a house a home and the insight and sensitivity to make it suit the individual.

My Steinhafel's design professional helped me choose a new color scheme and furniture/fabrics to update our very rectangular living room. I was really struggling with finding a new color, and I love her recommendation! She helped me balance the room with contrasting color accent pieces. I am still waiting for the four chairs, as the fabric was out of stock, however, I know they are going to look and fit great!

We decided to redesign our whole first floor in the summer of 2015. After much research, we visited Steinhafels in Kenosha, WI and purchased a 6 hour designer package - it's was half price the day I visited. I scheduled an appointment with Amber Olsen to come out and visit our house. Amber was terrific! She was on time, very personable, and she took measurements, pictures and my requests. We met with her a few weeks after that, and loved what she came up with. It was easy, and we feel like we have a new house. She even recommended paint colors. We worked with Patty S. and she did a great job. We selected a number of new pieces of furniture for a new house we were building. Patty helped with planning the furniture to purchase, color recommendations, and even furniture placement which would best use the floor space. She helped make sure our items were ordered on time so they would be delivered in a very small window when we were done with the home construction and move in. When we received a wrong item, she took care of ordering the correct item and expediting the delivery. We are very pleased and recommend Patty.

Lori Green succeeded in turning our house into "Our Home." We are very comfortable with our furniture, she was patient and very kind! We thank her for taking the time to help us in choosing our furniture, wall décor and she also helped us with the wall colors.

Our decorator was Dawn from the Waukesha location. She was wonderful to work with! We bought a home that needed updates on the main level, and we have no flair for that. Dawn came into our home, and talked to us about our personal style and taste. Once she knew what we are comfortable with, she picked out primary and accent colors, and recommended a fantastic painter that often works with her. She helped us pick out carpeting, and also recommended a company to install it at a discounted rate. She took measurements, and created a room layout in each room. She selected the primary furniture/pieces she thought we would like, based on our taste, and brought us into the store to look at them with her. We used almost all of her suggestions. She also went through our things to help us figure out what would be good items to "re-purpose" in the new look of the main level of the house. We were so pleased that we bought a second package to give us more hours to work with her in picking out accent pieces and get ideas for other rooms in our house!

Jennifer was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Dhe was attentive to all of our requests and questions. Would gladly work with her again.

Rhonda at Steinhafels is amazing. We have used the service twice, once for our living room and once for my workplace. Both projects turned out great and we've received so many positive comments from the furniture selection to the paint colors. We will continue to use Rhonda and Steinhafels for our decorating needs!

We enjoyed working with Ann. She was very helpful in guiding us through our selections and very open to our input. It was truly a collaborative effort. I like how we were able to communicate by phone, email and text. She was always available.
