Readers, After using Stearns for pool cleaning services for a number of years, the quality of service eroded, to a point of poor services with constant excuses as why they couldn’t do a better job. Don’t hire them!!!!

Stearns Pools has helped me with my pool for nearly thirty years! Pools are not cheap, but I feel Stearns prices are equitable. Everyone there is friendly, and amazingly good at what they do.

Very happy with the service provided for over 10 years. Consistent, professional and very courteous. Have used them for service and repairs. They are always timely, communicative and always puts the customer first. Not to mention a very pleasant, knowledgeable staff. They fully explain what is necessary and offer options so that I may make an educated decision on how to proceed. Also able to expedite repairs under warranty since they are direct warrant representatives. I love this company!

Used maintenance and repair services over several months. Many issues with service personnel not doing their job and breaking equipment! Unresponsive management! Do not use!
