Slightly more than a year ago my odyssey with Stardust Modern Design began. I ordered a Tizio Classic lamp and within a few weeks, the lamp stopped working. The lamp was returned several weeks later, and again, after a few weeks, the lamp stopped working. Then it began...of course I must have done something wrong, as they claim to have sold "hundreds of Tizio Classic lamps", never to have had one faulty lamp, let alone, two faulty lamps. Before they would accept the lamp, they sent new bulbs & fuses, even though I described having witnessed the lamp shorting-out. But my observations didn't matter. Furthering the delay, the shop owners were out of the country with no one stateside taking care of business. When the lamp finally made it to Artemide, the solution was identified almost immediately (like I said, a short in the wiring), so after another month goes by, no communication from Stardust and when I finally reached out to them, the lamp coincidentally was arriving the next day. As it turns out, the FedEx arrived one week ago today, and as I wasn't available to accept the delivery, the person asked the driver to return, but instead it was returned and even though I communicated with the owners that I wanted the lamp, they instead treated it as being "refused" and issued a refund of the purchase price. I've requested that they reimburse me $125 for paying an electrician to ensure that I don't have faulty wiring (I don't). Oddly, I received a postcard from FedEx in today's mail informing me that the package is at a FedEx facility (it isn't; I checked). So, be warned, the people at Stardust provided me less than satisfactory customer service, and I think that their facility of the English language has contributed to the poor outcome.
