We LOVED working with Finishing Touches on our stair railing! We scheduled and met with Jeff, and Jens did our install. Both are a wealth of information. Jens was so patient during the install process. He did multiple samples to help me get the black stain color and sheen that I wanted on our railing. He also educated us on the process and how to maintain the finish we choose on the railing (wax). We are so thrilled with the final product. Finishing Touches truly listened to what we wanted, patiently answered our questions, and executed beautifully. Thank you for the great work!!

Beautiful workmanship by Jeff, his son and daughter! Absolutely thrilled with how they redesigned our staircase, including curved handrails. Great design and Jeff obviously carefully hand picked the best hardwoods he could get, just gorgeous. Started and finished the work on time and for the amount we agreed on. Very conscientious of keeping our place nice as they worked. Will turn to Jeff first for any future projects. Wonderful to work with!

Jeff and his son are excellent woodworking specialists. We had him put in a new cherry and wrought iron stairway. He worked with us making sure we were happy with the quality, design and workmanship in each step of the process. (pun not really intended, but go with it!) We are thrilled with the end result! I would actually give 4.5 stars as the communication was initially not as clear as we would have liked, BUT once we cleared that up, it was GREAT! BTW Jeff makes the BEST homemade bread!!!! YUM!! Thanks Jeff!! We would recommend you to everyone!

We have a longstanding and excellent relationship with Finishing Touches NW. They have designed and finished new stair rails, deck rails, mantles and much more in our homes over the years. When Jeff comes into our home for a project, we pretty much give him free reign, as we know the finished product will be spectacular. We would highly recommend FTNW for simple to the most unique projects. They are very creative when it comes to a difficult or unique space as well as making a simple space look special.

Finishing Touch NW was recommended to us by an industry representative and he was not wrong in his high praise. We had Jeff and his team in to work on a stair project that provided unique problems left by an inferior craftsman before him, and he did a stellar job. His work was well thought out, and well executed. He was in and out in the agreed upon time, for the agreed upon price , and the stairs and railing look wonderful. We were so impressed we asked Jeff and team to return for a complete master bath remodel. This project turned out equally well. They did demo, and install of plumbing, tile, fixtures, the whole works. We asked him to install high end, unusual products and he had no problem. He even contacted the manufacturer for addition details to be sure he was installing correctly, which he was. I should mention that this entire job was performed around the christmas holiday so he had lots of obstacles to overcome, delivery issues and my stress level to name a few. He triumphed over all that and brought the job in on time and beautifully done. We started with a bathroom from 1975 and all its ugliness and we now have a master spa that makes us so happy every day. I would hire him in a second, and plan to again soon. One more thing...he is delightfully creative so i would suggest you bring him in on the planning too. He gave us some great ideas that we might not have otherwise thought of.

Our company has worked with Finishing Touches NW for many years. They have been a wonderful asset to our company. Their detail and precision are perfect attributes to our finished product. They are cooperative, timely and adhere to our schedules. The best part is that they are a joy to be with on the job sites!

FINISHING TOUCHES is the absolute best! Looking for something custom and not of the ordinary contact Jeff and his families wonderful ideas! I have beautiful custom wood and iron railings in my new home plus a built in desk and storage area with decorative iron branches on the doors. The powder room is the best conversation piece with a tree trunk for the base (pulled from a lake) hollowed out with door to get to the plumbing. The counter top is black walnut! I wouldn't use anyone else and keep wondering if I can add another project! :) Thanks guys.. Darlene
