Stacey is such a pleasure to work with. She brings so much experience to the table, communicates clearly, and is organized and detail oriented. We have worked with Stacey on four different projects to date (one is still ongoing) ranging from remodeling to new construction. Before we met Stacey, we had some really bad experience with a prior contractor (overrun budget, endless delays, excuses after excuses), which apparently is not unusual in this type of work. We are in the middle of a large-scale new construction amid of Covid-19, and Stacey continues to impress us with her ability to navigate the challenging situation. In the world of construction, "tomorrow" means next month, "two months" means five months, and a promise of "this year" is likely never met. Stacey is an anomaly in that world. She moves projects on schedule, is proactive, efficient, and aggressive while polite at the same time with all those that need to complete numerous tasks for a construction project to move along. Stacey managed our multi-year large construction project, she jumped through all the hoops the city was putting in front of her to get permits pulled, inspections completed, and approvals to be put in place. She made sure the crew was on time, paid attention to all the details, and was implementing our vision and not something else. We are now embarking on another remodel project and I asked Stacey to help with that one with no hesitation at all and in fact was worried she would be too busy to take it on.
