I want to give a big “thank you” to Pete Cooper and the Spring Creek Design team. This summer, my deck started to disintegrate. It was nine years since Spring Creek Design built the deck, but properly treated lumber doesn’t rot in such a short period of time. I got in touch with Pete, and he sent out an inspector who agreed -- this was from a defective lot of lumber and was covered by the warranty. Did they fix the rotted sections? They did better. Given that the remaining lumber was also likely to be defective, Pete sent a crew to rip out the entire existing deck and rebuild a new one from the ground up. The repair crew was great, worked through heat and rain, and produced an outstanding product. The new deck looks great. Again, thank you Spring Creek Design for standing behind your products.

We loved working with Spring Creek for our mudroom / porch project. They were extremely attentive to detail and the design and vision of the project was exactly what we needed. The team also over communicates so you will know the status of the stage of your project in real time. We are using them again for our basement! Def recommend!

Spring Creek remodeled our entire 2nd floor, renovating an older home with small bathrooms/closets, and some questionable design choices made by previous homeowners. Everything looks fabulous and as if the house was built with this design (as opposed to looking like we tried to make a remodel fit in the constraints of an older home). The team was always professional and a pleasure to work with. They had an organized process to guide us through each step, with excellent documentation all along the way. They were creative and thoughtful in the remodel design, the material/finishing selections, and the construction plan that allowed us to live at home during the renovation. Once construction began, the timeline was followed very closely and the project was completed exactly on schedule, which is pretty amazing considering how big the project was. It is clear that customer satisfaction is very important to Spring Creek. We wanted to be closely involved in the project details (definitely more than was necessary or typical), and Spring Creek always welcomed our input. Part of their process includes regular check-ins after the project is completed. We had some small items that needed attention post-construction, and they addressed them quickly and thoroughly. We highly recommend and would consider Spring Creek for future projects!

Spring Creek just completed a beautiful addition on our older colonial home. We added an office addition on the first floor with French doors off of our living room and beautiful built-in cabinetry. The second floor of our addition is a large dressing room off of our bedroom, including an enclosed laundry room. Spring Creek worked with us every step of the way and their attention to detail is exceptional. The greatest and most consistent feedback we receive is that our addition does not look like an “add-on” but truly compliments and blends with our older colonial home. We could not be happier with our new space as it has added tremendous value to our home. I highly recommend Spring Creek Design.

When we decided to remodel our kitchen, a family member recommended Spring Creek Design. We are delighted with the result. The Spring Creek Design staff are truly professionals. We had the services of a project designer (Kyra) who recommended choices of style, colors and suppliers, and a full-time project manager (Rich) who oversaw the quality of material, adherence to schedule and work of all sub-contractors. Their attention to detail was amazing. All the sub-contractors were craftsmen, not merely installers. Spring Creek Design is a rare gem.

We just completed a fantastic outdoor living space with Spring Creek Design. Pete and Sandy and their team were wonderful partners throughout the whole process. Our start was delayed by COVID restrictions, but they started as soon as the regulations allowed and were very thorough and conscientious with all recommended precautions for themselves and all sub contractors. From the new design, to the carpentry, stone work, patio work, electrical and landscaping, everything was well coordinated and came together beautifully! Communication and updates were clear and ongoing. We can't wait to enjoy the rest of the summer and fall and many more to come in our new space. We highly recommend Spring Creek Design!

The team made this progress great from beginning to end. SCD challenged me on the limited assumptions I had for my space - in ways that ended in a better project. They figured out magic to fit in a 2nd full bath upstairs in a 50's split level - did I say magic!? (And other great design solutions for a small home.) SCD got my style and shopped for everything and adjusted when I gave feedback for something different. They were on the job & communicating status. The app used for visibility of budget, schedule, selections, etc is the kind of tool that keeps everyone on the same page. When I had questions, they were answered. My opinions and questions were never a problem nor a point for argument but a conversation to find a resolution or provide information. I lived in my home during most of the project from demo to framing and through completion. The whole team (SCD through subs) was respectful that this was my home. It was disruptive and stressful at times. I cannot imagine working with a different team during this process. My project - Reconfigure bedroom level to add a full bath & change existing bathroom to an ensuite. Demo above-ground 'basement' (including moving plumbing in concrete) to create a family room, workout area, laundry, powder room & a lot of storage!

We hired Spring Creek Design because we needed to plan and design a multi-scope (mostly exterior) "facelift" that could be both designed and managed by one design build contractor to see the entire project through successfully. Spring Creek listened to our needs, presented fresh design ideas that ultimately were executed into a beautiful and well managed job well done. Their web based project tracking is a great way to follow the project from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend Spring Creek as a design build remodeling contractor!

High praise for the whole experience. Sandy and Coop were awesome. Solid design help before we even started the engagement. Several great suggestions that actually lowered our costs and suited our needs better (great LISTENING!). Execution was timely, with weekly sit downs that kept the project on track and demystified the project. There were a couple of small hiccups that were handled very quickly and very fairly. The team involved, including the subs were polite, pleasant and -dare I say it - fun! Finally the quality of the work and the finished product really exceeded expectations. Last comment, and an insider tip - ask for Kyra and Jason.

We could not be happier with our 1st Floor Master Suite Addition and the remodel of the Master Bath upstairs. When we first met with Pete we were unsure if and addition was even feasible due to the shape of our lot and township requirements. Oliver, the architect came through with a plan that kept us in the required boundaries and delivered everything we asked for. Once the project started the schedule was maintained despite the winter weather. Jason, our project manager kept things progressing and suggested ideas to solve any issues that came along. Kyra, our designer gave creative guidance with selections and overall design. She kept us within budget and provided images of the design which were very helpful. The whole SCD team made the process easy. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Weekly meetings with Pete, Sandy, Jason and Kyra helped not only to keep everyone informed but reduced stress throughout the process. Most importantly, they listened and addressed all the concerns we had. Their online Builder Trend program was also very helpful providing access to all aspects of the project. We enjoyed working with the SCD team and all the subcontractors. They turned our idea into reality. We highly recommend them.
