Their return policy is terrible. They charge a 20% restocking fee. And they are just middlemen who have no idea when the item ships because they are once or twice removed from the business that actually ships out your order.

Ordered a part just about a month ago and still have no answer as to why it has not been shipped. Their website says that they have it in stock. Left phone message with customer service (voicemail) and they do not respond. Very poor company habits. No rating because of this but have to give a 1 star because it will not accept a zero
