Spiffy Spools

One day before the order was scheduled to ship, client requested an order cancellation. We courteously advised that since the panel had been fully stitched to his custom specifications, we are not able to cancel the order per our T&Cs. Once the order was delivered, client then advised that he has found smudges on the header tape on top of the panel. CS responded within hours to client's emails, and issued refund to accommodate dry cleaning for the complete panel, despite being confident that the panel had no such smudges at time of dispatch. Client accepted the refund, thanked us for reaching a satisfactory resolution and noted in his email that he will "make sure I leave positive reviews for customer service". We therefore remain surprised by the review above which is clearly misleading. Despite multiple attempts to reach the client after refund was issued, he abruptly stopped all communication, making it impossible for us to ascertain what else we could have done to meet expectations.
