We used Speas Interior Design for our new home construction in the 2020 and 2021 time frame. Speas handled not only interior design and materials selection, but they also handled a significant amount of our interior decorating work. Interior design work included flooring selections (tile and hardwood), countertops, built-ins, window coverings, paint colors....the list goes on. Interior decorating including artwork, furniture, lighting/lamps, rugs, artwork, and so forth. Courtney and team scheduled and attended many time-consuming and detailed meetings. We tend to be detail-oriented clients, and Speas did a great job of tracking the myriad details, helping with alternative selections (this was during the COVID supply chain mess), and ensuring that suppliers and installers delivered on schedule. Speas also interfaced well with our construction superintendent to ensure that selections and installations were compatible and coordinated with our new home construction. We were very pleased with Courtney and team, and would not hesitate to recommend them for interior design, decorating, or both.

I have worked with Speas Interior Design several times over the past 19 years and have always been very pleased. Our last job included new blinds, upholstery, and a decorative painting project. In the past, they have helped me with new fabrics, furniture, and a redesign of our kitchen. Kathy, and now her daughter, Courtney, are both professional, offer great ideas, and are fun to work with. Highly recommend!

Allison and Courtney came to my home to evaluate what I needed done. They were very professional, and it was obvious from the beginning of my interactions with them that they were subject matter experts in their field. They took the time to listen to my personal input and then take my ideas and elaborate on them and show me a realistic, and stylish end product. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to others who want to have the same great experience I had.

We had extensive work done in our home including an addition to our master bathroom and chose Andy and Kathy not only because they were recommended to us by good friends, but also due to their excellent reputation. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project . Their work was of the highest quality and was completed during their projected time frame. We highly recommend choosing this company for any type of home renovation !

I have had the pleasure of working with Kathy on several projects. Her firm is truly creative. She doesn’t just bring to the table all the same catalogs that all the other designers use. She brings the creative portfolios of all the artists and craftspeople she has built relationship with over the years. This has afforded me the opportunity to meet and work with other great artists and craftspeople. Kathy’s ability to work with such a diverse group of artists is what makes her designs, truly original one of a kind works of art..

I have known Kathy for over 30 years and she is amazing to work with. She always has incredible ideas for updating and keeping everything working smooth throughout work and updating. I have found her Company totally honest and the work is completed with the highest integrity and ON TIME! She was our designer when we built our home initially and she has worked with me to update. I am happy to know such an incredibly talented designer and person.

What a luxury and pleasure it was to have Kathy work with us on combing two very different households into one! I was sceptical that it could even be done, but Kathy and Courtney walked in and immediately started meshing two households into a very tasteful, interesting and totally beautiful home. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the price and the friendship we developed during the course of our project!

No follow through. Excessive moving and storage. Hinky subcontractors. Overcharge for warranty items. Improper assembly and ordering. Defective wall coverings.

We are saddened to hear about your disappointment with us, especially after working together for over three years, on multiple projects. We are unclear on what warranty item you had to pay for, as we cannot find any charges in our records. Throughout the entire warranty period we took care of any defects that you brought to our attention. While we regret the bamboo wallpaper in your Powder Room had finish problems due to our dry Colorado climate, we refunded your money in full and refurbished the wallpaper. As of a couple of days ago when I was at your home it was still up and looking good.
Our Subcontractors and Artisans that your so generously gave a catered party for at your home, still talk about how wonderful it was to work for you. You seemed to appreciate their craftsmanship and the many hours of hard work. We are at a loss that you now don’t care for them. We assumed you were happy and delighted with the outcome of the project as you requested our professional photographs, so you could submit them in your neighborhood publication.

I have known Katherine Speas for many years and used her services for several projects. She has always worked hard to find out my particular needs and desires, exploring the latest design options that help me make the best final decisions. Katherine is readily available by text or phone and in person and is prompt when following up on a project. She is a very personable individual, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend Speas Interior Design if you are considering remodeling or redesign.

コメント：How did they put the tile/stone on the mirror?The mirror was cut on an angle and installed first - then the lower part was built pout 1/4" to plane out with mirror and the then travertine was broken and polished on the edge and installed over the...
