Paskoski construction is the finest builder in Fort Lauderdale. Steve has built one complete house and done one a total renovation on another for me over the last 25 years. The quality is second to none. Pricing was fair without surprises. I have since sold both houses and moved on but Steve continues to be a source of information and a sounding board for any building issues I may currently run in to. He cares about his clients and his work. There is no other builder I would consider if I lived in Fort Lauderdale or surrounding community.

I have been in the building business for over 30 years and have had the recent fortune and pleasure of working with Paskoski Construction as an Owners Representative for a project in South Florida. I have just recently expanded my building business in the area and being from Illinois, I have been warned numerous times not to trust any contractors in Florida. I can tell you there could be nothing further from the truth with Paskoski Construction. Not only do they take a great deal of pride in the quality of the product they build with their preferred trade and vendor partners, they are dedicated, committed, communicate and work on behalf and in their clients best interest. As a builder, I understand the complexities of this business and the importance of always putting your client first. Honestly, if there were more STARS available to express the level of quality and attention to detail the team at Paskoski Construction achieve, every STAR would be highlighted. As an architect working with all levels of builders, there are a select few I seek for my highest end clientele. Understanding that no project can be successful IF the client and builder argued the entire build. The overall success of any project hinges on the "journey". Construction is obviously a stressful venture capable of damaging the tightest relationships. A quality builder not only creates the absolute best product, but also nurtures a stress-free environment where each team member and trade share the common goal of creating for the client the best "once in a lifetime" experience. Steve and Kevin (and team) achieve quality the old fashioned way- THEY SINCERELY CARE. They hold weekly team meetings and inform the client along the way so there's no uncertainty..... no worry.....no stress. Additionally, after move in, Steve or Kevin are constantly monitoring the home and remain by the client's side to aide with any operational or warranty questions, or possible future requests. Do yourself a favor and insure the highest quality, stress-free, construction experience. Its a joy to work with Steve and Kevin and their entire team of employees and sub-craftsman.

My name is Clayton Weidner and I have worked for Shuster Design & Associates for approximately 30 years. We are a high end interior design firm and I am the Project Manager. I have worked with Paskoski Construction for about 26 years and find them to be the finest Builders to work with. We have worked together on new custom homes, renovation projects whether it is a home or condominium apartment project. It is what we call the "Dream Team". Paskoski Construction has won several awards and published in several publication's with our work. If a client ask who we use for GC work, we always recommend Paskoski Construction. Since I am the project manager and work with other contractors, I find this company to have the better sub-contractors, the better field supervisors, the better management and staff. Paskowski Construction has done two projects for me, a new kitchen and a wine cellar. The jobs were on budget, on time and the workmanship was excellent. The team was professional. I will use them again should I need a contractor.

Paskoski Construction renovated our home. This was a big project which took approx. 10 months. Steve and Kevin did an awesome job. Their estimates were accurate, they were timely, attentive our needs and most importantly they did a great job. We love a "new" house!

Paskoski Construction did a major rehab and expansion of our home in South Florida. They have everything you look for in a company: integrity, professionalism, knowledge and respect for their clients. They stand behind their work and their word. This applies not only to their team but to the contractors they selected for our project. Also, I cannot stress enough the importance of communication. Throughout the entire process they stressed the importance of teamwork and coordinated with our interior designer, architect and asked for our input or made us aware of any adjustments before proceeding, which was very important because we were out of state. I give 5+ Stars.
