I made an enquiry with spacemakers about an extension to our investment property earlier this week. They got back to me very quickly. A consultant then had a good look at our property online and was able to give me some very thorough, well thought out and practical advice over the phone. He eventually concluded that we would be overcapitalising if we were to proceed with the extension I had in mind, even though this meant him missing out on a job. This advice was invaluable to me and I have absolute faith that this company is honest, reliable and very experienced. When our next property needs an extension, we will certainly be contacting spacemaker for their services.

The team were fantastic, nothing was to hard to change, as we did have a couple of variations.Our neighbors were so happy with the way they conducted themselves, cautious etc they used them as well! The end product was fantastic and we were very pleased. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Spacemaker helped plan our renovation carefully and with our needs as far as timing goes at the forefront. The project went smoothly and our foreman and other associated representatives kept in constant communication with us and worked with us throughout. They had clearly planned for unexpected expenses. Cannot fault the tradesmen and their workmanship.

House extension, two bedrooms and rumpus room, laundry and bathroom. Master bedroom and ensuite renovation. All tradesmen excellent, polite and punctual. Job finished ahead of schedule. Project manager Tim was excellent and very responsive to all our questions, and still is all these years later! Have recommended SpaceMaker to many people. We are very happy and satisfied customers.
