Highly recommended! Buy local and support the Twin Cities’ largest and most beautiful family-owned lighting resource. I purchased a LED bathroom light fixture, and after having it a couple of weeks, decided that the light was too "blue". I had thrown away the box and no longer had my receipt. Brad at Southern Lights not only accepted the fixture on return, but also provided excellent professional advise on how to find a fixture that would work better for me. Brad's customer service was exceptional!

I always use Southern Lighting for my projects. My rep Angie is professional and extremely accommodating. Southern Lighting has worked with me on all aspects of my projects, selection of the most current styles, all shipping situations and even returns when a client requires a substitution. It makes this part of my job so easy and efficient. I truly recommend using them.

Southern Lights is my sole supplier and go to source for all my lighting needs. As a local contractor, I appreciate the selection and variety of options for all my new home, and remodel needs. I love the ability to send my clients in to work with Kathy (or if needed Cassandra) to know they IN GREAT HANDS! Southern Lights has a great selection of option, a range of price points available, and the ability to stay within a budget during the process, without compromising desired look to do so!

We worked with Kathy Schulenberg at Southern Lights on our new home construction, and could not have been happier! Kathy was not only extremely knowledgeable, but had the vision and creativity to make suggestions that turned out to be EXACTLY RIGHT and not something I would have thought of. We have a large home, so the number of decisions to make on lighting is something that could have easily become overwhelming. Not so at all because Kathy approached it in a logical and organized way, and was so very helpful. Each time we met I walked away SO HAPPY with what we had accomplished. The finished project is amazing, and the lighting was my absolute favorite part of the new construction design/décor process.
