At SoundVision, it is our mission to "Simplify Life Through Technology." We serve Mooresville and the greater Charlotte areas Audio, Video, Home Theater, Home Automation, Security, Lighting / Shade Control, WiFi / Networking, Cellular Enhancer, and Central Vacuum needs. So many times we see systems or solutions that are difficult to understand and use and do not do what the customer wants them to do. That is why we do our very best to spend time during the interview and design phase of your project, to make sure that when your system(s) are installed, they deliver exactly what you want and are easy to use. We strive to excel at our communication, both with you, our customers, as well as internally with our team. Additionally, we design and install products and deliver services that we use ourselves, in our homes, every day! We do NOT use your home as a “mad scientist test lab.” You can rest assured knowing that ANY product we suggest as a solution for you has been installed and tested in many other, similar projects. We were initially introduced to SoundVision when we built our house. Our builder highly recommended them, and we're glad he did. SoundVision took care of our audio & video needs from start to finish, and all work was performed professionally, on time, and is running smoothly. We will continue to use SoundVision for our a/v needs.

We interviewed three different A/V - Security companies for the new home we've built in Mooresville. We chose SoundVision, primarily because Zach Simpson clearly demonstrated more command of the technology and ability to explain the options we had and how things worked. We met Mark DiPietro a little later in the process, and it was clear us that we had made the right decision, particularly after Mark (and Zach) brought in their "install team" of Marshall, Paul and Josh - all of whom were great to work with. We're looking forward to learning more about our new A/V and security systems and we're very comfortable that the team at SoundVision will be available to help us when we have questions.

Whole house WIFI, master bedroom and great room TV and sonos audio system installed throughout first floor and back porch. In addition full cinema surround sound system in FROG. This was a great experience from start to finish. Zach and team were fabulous. Very professional, thourough and patient. Interviewed 3 others and no one came close. So happy made the decision we did. Would highly recommend and look forward to expanding to dock.

Mark and Mike were spot on with installing our home security system! They even found solutions to problems on the fly, while they were installing the system that we hadn't anticipated - without missing a beat. They thoroughly trained us on how to use the alarm system - and it has worked flawlessly. This is the second dealing I have had with SoundVision - my first experience was with a Sonos wireless speaker(s) purchase in the Spring of this year - and I continually get rave reviews from guests who simply love the sound and ease of use of the controllers and speakers. My wife and I would highly recommend them to one and all!!!

In a world where big jobs get contractor attention but post support details often get ignored or serviced poorly, SoundVision sets themselves apart. Their team of Pro's installed and maintains our Residential and Commercial properties with a sense of urgency rarely found in business today. A+ vendor & we could not be happier with our entertainment and security systems and responsive post sale support.

Mark and his team were referred to me by friends who were very happy with the service/design/install from Sound Vision. I contracted with Mark to upgrade an existing stereo/video system as I could not fix it myself. My job was relatively small, but Mark was happy to help. Mark talked to me upfront about all my issues and predetermined what I needed which saved time and multiple visits to my house. The team gave me good advice, options that would work and varying costs, showed up on time, very professional/courteous/friendly installers and reviewed in detail how to use my new system. I am very satisfied and would hire them again.

I would absolutely recommend SoundVision to anyone looking to install a home theater. Soundvision has installed multiple jobs for me including a home theater system, billiard room audio/visual, sunroom audio/visual and recently completed work to my basement bar/theater. Could not be happier with the level of service and quality I received.

Mark and his crew at SoundVision are my go-to guys for anything audio-visual-media! Mark always responds quickly and figures out the solution to any problem I am having in a very short amount of time. They are able to explain high-tech things to low-tech people like me and have made a complicated media system easy to use. They always arrive on time, complete projects when they say they will and price their work fairly or better-than fairly. On top of that, Mark and his crew are just really nice guys who are a pleasure to work with!

SoundVision is professional and reliable. They wired my man room a few years ago but I didn't want to finish it at the time. Two years later I was ready to go and Mark and his team had the details on what they had done prior and was able to get my surround sound system installed. They even did some work for me in a few other rooms inside & outside the house (patio area). Their team instructed me on some of the wireless smart-phone apps that controlled some of the equipment. I trust Mark and his team when I have any needs and that they will be there when I have questions. They truly want to build a long-term customer relationship.

Mark and his team at SoundVision are tremendous. Mark asked great questions to help us articulate what we wanted in our new home, walked us through every step of the planning process, provide specific and detailed estimates of costs, and then... delivered, delivered, delivered. They did more than they promised, and were perfect partners throughout. Mark, Bruce, and Michael care about the details, and care about people. Truly a remarkable group of individuals and a remarkable organization. My family and I trust these guys. The systems we installed with these guys are fabulous, but the support and follow-up we experienced throughout the project and now that we're 4 months post-completion is amazing. I highly recommend SoundVision

We have used Sound Vision on 3 separate occasions; building our house 8 years ago, Media room creation 6 years ago, and Home technology update and outdoor speaker system last year. Their work speaks for themselves. We were more than satisfied on all 3 projects; on time, on budget, and very professional. I really like the way they customized each project to meet our wants and needs. Their followup is great too. Highly recommend!
