I've referred Bob/Sound Video Concepts several times since cold calling him a year ago. At the time, we were adding on to our house and considering adding a music system inside and out. We are not techy but Bob listened to what we wanted and explained options in layman's terms. I liked that he came back at a later time and presented us with three options - highlighting pros and cons. We made a really educated decision - and Bob executed it flawlessly.

I hired Sound and Video Concepts bases on the recommendation of two friends who had used the firm with great results. I had Bob come to my home and requested he install a completely new sound and video system for me. Bob designed a plan that involved the purchase of 5 TV sets, including the "video room," and a wireless sound system (Sonos) throughout the house with 5 different stations in 5 different rooms...LR-kitchen-den-video room and MBR. After the "go ahead" Bob bought and installed the systems to my complete satisfaction. Bob did an awesome job. His estimates were accurate, his timelines were met and his ability to install a fabulous system affirmed. I would recommend Bob and his firm to anyone with great confidence.
