Don't deliver when promised, but you can't cancel contract when they double the shipping time AFTER you pay. Completely unprofessional as well. CEO took offense to me following up every day asking for an update when the entire company went MIA.

I tried to work with this company for the sound isolation of a specialized temporary space, the CSR was generally rude, and seemed annoyed that I didn't know how to isolate the space, which is why I was contacting them to help create a solution.
