We contracted Solomon and the Ultimo Developments team for a full knockdown and construction of an architecturally designed two storey house (plus an underground basement and swimming pool). We could not be happier with the level of service we received from Solomon, Jeremy (foreman/carpenter) and the team. We felt very confident throughout the process due to Solomon’s expertise and calm yet confident demeanour. We are delighted with the excellent quality of construction and attention to detail - it’s hard to find quality like this in the construction industry these days! Thank you Ultimo Developments!

I hired this company to do a renovation on my home. We needed to gut and install a brand new kitchen, add a guest bathroom and re do all the floors. It was a wonderful experience , with very efficient and friendly builders/tradesman. My renovation was completed within time frame and budget. I am very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for renovations or building works. Thanks so much for such a positive experience and outcome. In the next few months we will be adding a second story and will be using this company again to carry out the works.

Ultimo undertook a major renovation on our campus over an 8 month period. The job was complex given we had to move a preschool out of existing facilities into demountables, undertake the renovation in a tight time-frame, set up a new office facility and launch the building publicly on a predetermined date. The work included the installation of a new lift, significant drainage and waterproofing, new bathrooms, security infrastructure, two new kitchens and outdoor parking and landscaping. They were easy to work with, handled variations with minimal fuss and delivered on all commitments. I would highly recommend them.
