Sourced bamboo flooring from this company for a domestic refurb. Gave in to pressure to buy a product that I liked but was being 'discontinued' although still present on their website a year later. Following problems post-installation (discolouration, blistering of lacquer, joints between boards swelling, floor buckling) I have received only very dismissive responses and refusal to arrange a site visit. Stock response of 'installer error'. A very poor experience - not recommended!

Every step of the process, from a meeting "out of hours" on a Saturday morning to look at samples in the Tetbury showroom, the sensible advice provided, ordering our chosen flooring, to the fitter finishing the floor has gone like clockwork. The recommended fitter was a real craftsman and perfectionist - the framing round the fireplace is impressive, but even more so once you know that the fireplace isn't actually parallel to the wall! The new floor is exactly what we wanted, the walnut is just stunning to look at and exudes an air of luxury that has transformed the room. Very high quality at a very competitive price. Overall, the service has been fantastic. Once we had decided what we wanted, it was delivered when we wanted it and fitted without any delays or dramas. Perfect.

The solid wood flooring co supplied the floor for our estate agency showroom from the outset they were extremely helpful and efficient with supply of samples and information regarding special offers etc On receipt of our order the quality of the flooring was superb and our joiner was delighted with the ease of the fit due to the high quality of the flooring planks We found ourselves a couple of planks short and up against huge time constraints the solid wood flooring co couried the final few planks to us at no charge !!!!!! Service like this is so rarely found these days we at Jordan Marks Estates cannot recommend this company highly enough they are excellent in all departments friendly reliable and willing to go the extra mile for their customers
