I found this company by accident on the internet, it turned out to be a good accident. I live in Melbourne, after unsuccessfully trying to source the Sofa in Melbourne I sent Sofa Specialist an email. Even though it was a weekend Marcus answered straight away and informed me the lead time and how much the freight would cost. I ordered the Sofa the Monday. It arrived with two enthusiastic friendly furniture transport gentlemen who carried it up our stairs without a hitch. The Sofia sofa is great, my guests think its super comfortable and the bonus is that its easy to assemble. Working with Marcus and Connie has been a positive experience, they are efficient, friendly and very helpful. If I need another Sofa I will definitely be going back to Sofa Specialists.

We initially bought a sofabed and wing chair back in 2013. We were so impressed at the quality and service that when we were ready to get two more armchairs this year we went straight back to order with Sofabed Specialists, ordering over the phone as we knew we could trust Conny and Marcus to get it right. If you are looking for a sofa bed that is really comfortable to sleep on , as well as actually comfortable to sit on then this is the shop you need. So much better than anything else we saw on the market. But it is not just about sofabeds; their wing chairs are not only beautiful to look at but so comfortable (I have tested them out with more than a few snoozes!). The range of materials to select from is extensive and Conny and Marcus are very patient at guiding you through all the design choices. It is clear they know their business. I would go back in a flash and continue to recommend their products to friends as the designs, quality and service is first class.

I've just gotten home and wanted to let you know how much I love this arm chair already! I'm sitting in it as I type and don't know how I'm going to be able to pull myself out of it to get dinner on - it's just too comfy. Also, the firmer foam is just perfect. We received the two ottomans today, delivered exactly on time. We are very happy with them. They work beautifully and are ideal for guests in our third bedroom. Thank you so much for your excellent service and attention. The YouTube video was also particularly useful in showing us how to use them.

I have purchased 4 sofa beds from Conny and her team at Sofa bed specialists.The service I received was was excellent .They also made up some covers for the sofa beds in my selected colors and material and they are of very good quality. The sofa beds are used to sleep guests in an holiday apartment in Bondi that we rent out on a weekly basis through the AIRBNB web site.Guests comment that the sofa beds are very comfortable When the beds are not in use they are stored and folded away and take up little room. I highly recommend the Sofa Bed Specialists.

Ordering from afar was always going to be a bit hard, especially picking fabrics, but Conny made this process as easy as possible by sending fabric swatches and photos to my phone to compare and organising several couriers. She readily gave comparisons so I could better grasp what colours, styles, comfort, heights etc were between different couches which made the process quite easy seeing as I couldn't walk into their showroom. In the end we chose the Mossman sofa bed in the queen size. It is truly a very soft and comfortable couch, and the arms are a great height for laying on (who sits on a couch for very long before they end up vertical watching TV with their feet up!) Conny went above and beyond with her service without making us feel pressured to make a decision, and the product is a very strong, well made piece of furniture. We even got some arm covers thrown in for free as well as how to spray the fabric protector on. We would highly recommend Sofabed Specialists.

The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent advice. I was able to negotiate all parts of the purchase via email and phone calls. My sofa bed is unique and looks fantastic in my home.
