We were extremely fortunate and very excited to work with Matt and Cheri. From our very first meeting, they expressed their desire to build us our dream house in the country. We chose to work from a stock plan through Mascord (recommended by Matt) and then make the changes that would ultimately give us exactly what we wanted in a home. They were always asking what it was that we really wanted in the house and then made sure it happened. We mentioned we would like a sauna and Matt made it happen. When we made choices for the finishes, Cheri was there with excellent guidance and would ask, "Do you love it" and if we were hesitant at all, she simply said "Let's keep looking". The result was a beautiful home. Throughout the building process, they kept us informed through Builder Trend, which allowed us to follow along every step of the way. The communication was super. Matt and Cheri made sure we were involved in all the decisions and, with their knowledge and experience, we came away with a house we love. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend Soaring Eagle Homes.

Unfortunately our experience was not a good one and we are very disappointed in the integrity of this business and people that work for them.

We could not have imagined a better team to build our dream home with than Soaring Eagle Homes. From early design concepts through final construction, Matt and Cheri worked closely with us every step of the way to bring our vision to life. Their professionalism, creativity and talent were key in making our project a success. We had several challenging architectural details in our home, such as a curved staircase with a detailed metal railing and a curved paneled hallway with a secret door. They managed to take our original ideas to the next level with their technical knowledge, creative solutions, and keen attention to detail, always providing us with multiple options to consider. Curt, our site superintendent, did an excellent job managing the day to day construction activities and subcontractors. In addition, his craftsmanship and attention to detail ensured that our high standards were met. We were very impressed with the high quality subcontractors who worked collaboratively with our project team. It was an absolute pleasure working with Soaring Eagle on our custom home and we are thrilled with the results!

It's hard for me not to sound a little sappy when describing my expreience with Soaring Eagle Homes, but I truly mean every word. Some of the words that describe the Soaring Eagle team: Talented, creative, personable, professional, respectful, organized, detail-oriented, excellent listeners, intuitive, insightful, trustworthy, timely, reliable, efficient, flexible, worked within my budget, accommodating, good sense of humor, quality workmanship...I highly recommend this husband and wife team and their superintent and crew. All wonderful to work with. My house now feels like a home I will be comfortable in and want to stay in for a very long time. It feels so much bigger than it actually is. The transformation is stunning.

Cheri and Matt worked collectively to help us through the entire process of building our beautiful custom home. Matt’s artistic and creative attention to detail made the angles, siding, stone and woodwork flow so easily that my wife and I were able find common ground on everything. Cheri’s attention to detail regarding the lighting, granite, flooring, cabinets, handles and colors have left both of us in awe as we are sipping wine by our outdoor fireplace. All of this would not be possible without the great team of people who specialized in there specific field to bring Matt, Cheri’s and our vision to life. Our site manager, Curt, was and is a great voice, challenging our thoughts, then owning to get the team of people to execute our mutual ideas. He was awesome. In speaking with the team of folks that worked on our house, collectively, they all loved working for Matt, Cheri and Curt. Overall, Matt, Cheri and Curt have become friends of our family. They gave us our dream.
