I was very pleased with the refractory panel I ordered for my fireplace. I ordered it online and it was at my door in 2 days. The product arrived in great condition. I will definitely use them again.

I been living in my condo for 4 years and the back refractory piece in my fireplace cracked. I look at multiple places on the internet to find one that reasonably price and could not find one till I found Smoky Mountain. Not only did the piece come faster than expected but the prices are very competitive. This made it very easy to order from them. Got here timely and no damage as the piece weighed about 28 lbs. I have an older outdated fireplace by Superior and nobody sells just one piece, you to buy the whole fireplace set. Smoky Mountain was the only company I could find that did and they saved me about $400. Thank you also for responding to my email so quickly and professionally.

I have recently purchased a gas fireplace insert to replace one I have had for many years. This company has the BEST customer service ever. No matter the questions, or how many times you have need to call, they respond as though you are their only customer and are happy to hear from you! (Ciara you are a great asset and representative!) I love my new insert !
