Poor customer service! drove from New York to the warehouse to pick out 2 river rock sinks. After seeing reviews about drains not fitting some sinks was assured they are standard sizes. I have searched relentlessly for drains to fit and have been unable to find anything. I have called for 3 days and finally spoke with someone who requested photos and measurement. I sent them and never got a reply or solution. Called many more times and someone told me there is a new owner that took over 2 months ago. NOT MY PROBLEM! They told me they wold have someone else call me back. Have received no such call and no one has answered any of my calls during normal business hours. AVOID this business. If they choose to make good I will be sure to update. But until then…
