Simonsen Architect was started in 2018 to help Clients envision and realize inspiring spaces. Utilizing years of experience on small to large and complex projects, the firm is focused on client centered service, utilizing extensive construction knowledge, bringing creativity to the design process and implementing high performance practices to realize comfort, beauty and efficiency to the places we create. 25 years of experience as a licensed architect designing custom residential homes, historic renovations and commercial buildings and tenant improvements. Eric and I met a few years ago when I was referred to him to design a home that I hoped would stand out in our region. Eric is one of those people who inspires you to do great and to make dreams a reality. Eric knew how tight our design deadline was but knew how important it was to me. He worked around the clock, even in airports. Even though we had to move quickly, the process and our time spent together was fun and memorable. It wasn’t just “doing business” it was an experience.
