After working for a large wood flooring company; Silver Maple Flooring's owner, Brad, came to realize that unlike him, many of the employees did not have the care, and pride in their workmanship that he did. He decided to start a company of his own, one that would create a masterfully crafted wood floor. One that the pride in the workmanship was undeniable.
