Jeff Schnellmann and Bill Silliman have been building luxury custom homes for well over three decades. Their work can be found in some of the most prestigious Central Florida communities. As clients approached them with dreams of living in a new home in already established urban neighborhoods, they realized this was a home building niche that their experience and intimate market knowledge made them uniquely qualified to fill, and Silliman CitySide was created. We focus on our clients’ specific needs and desires, and help them design a home that meets those needs – whether the house is one of our current designs, a modification of a current plan, or a completely new design. We employ architectural and interior design professionals to help our clients achieve their new home dreams in a process with proven success. Our team of long time vendor partners turn those dreams into reality with ongoing communication and feedback so that we make sure our clients get what they want at a fair price. Schnellmann and Silliman are committed to the industry and the Greater Orlando Builders Association. Both are Past Presidents, and have been honored as Builder of the Year for the association. They recently received the association’s Pinnacle Builder Award for the fourth consecutive time, which recognizes their commitment to doing business with association members.
