This is my 6th order from Sierra living. All pieces are unique and beautiful. I needed some customized pieces and couldn’t be happier. Communication is great. I consider my pieces heirlooms. A very happy customer.

This is my 3rd order with Sierra Living Concepts. Their products are solid high quality wood, not manufactured wood and you can customize the dimensions of their products. I ordered the Edon Sideboard on 10/25/23 and received on 3/8/24. It was worth the wait as I am absolutely thrilled with new sideboard. I will definitely use Sierra Living Concepts in the future, should the need arise.

We customized the buffet and the process was so easy, they kept us informed throughout the whole building and shipping. It is a gorgeous piece of furniture! We are so pleased with our purchase, the wait time was well worth it

I wanted something unique for a bedroom set. After weeks of looking I stumbled upon Sierra Living Concepts and their furniture was beautiful. I hesitated ordering as I had never heard of the company. I decided to bite the bullet and so thankful I did. The company’s employees are so nice to work with. Whether I called or emailed, there was a real human answering phone and emails were responded to quickly. You can track progress of the making of your furniture all the way through to shipping/delivery. The craftsmanship is wonderful- sturdy & beautifully carved. The delivery person also was amazing and went way beyond what most would do and put extra time & effort modifying a small part for my handicapped husband. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered our dinning room table through Sierra Living Concepts. The table is beautiful. The experience was good. Craftsmanship is excellent. They always replied to my inquiries. I received photos of the progress while they built the table and during the shipping. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture.

I searched for the perfect dining table for a long time before I discovered Sierra Living. I first just ordered the table and chairs, and was impressed with the quality of the materials and the look. I later decided to also buy the lazy susan — it came well packaged and prepared to go on the table without scratching and able to stay secure. I would absolutely shop here again! Also the staff was so nice and helpful in ordering and answering questions

I paid close to 4500 for a custom table from Sierra Living Concepts. The table top is terrible. The ridge around it is uneven and they broke through the table so you can see to the floor from the top. NO response from them. DO NOT USE.

We ordered the Brocton bed in Cal King plus nightstands in Jan. 2023. It arrived in June 2023 with two major issues that we reported to Customer Support right away. You can only communicate by email – nobody on the phone can do or answer anything if you do happen to reach a human. The headboard was warped with a very noticeable curvature to what should have been a straight piece of furniture. In addition, the very heavy underbed storage drawers were impossible to budge – the tiny wheels on the bottom of the drawers settled into the carpet and as a result the drawers had to be dragged to get them to move at all. I'm guessing each drawer weighs between 100-200 lbs. empty. Our carpet is not plush – just normal short pile bedroom carpet. The eventual answer from SLC was to offer a roughly 10% refund on the price of the bed or to have a new headboard made and expedited to us. After spending a small fortune on the set, we did not want to be left with a defective product to stare at for the next 25 years, so we accepted the offer of a new headboard. In terms of the drawers, we were told we could put the bed on a hard surface and they would roll just fine. As if we could just invent a new bedroom without carpet or rip out the new carpet! I think most bedrooms in the US have carpeting, and nowhere on the website does it say these drawers only function on a hard surface. After 4-1/2 months, the “expedited” headboard replacement arrived and was even worse than the original. They clearly skipped steps in the finishing process as the finish of the wood was ugly, blotchy, alternating dull and shiny spots, and much rougher in texture than the rest of the set. In addition, none of the holes drilled for attachment to the rest of the bed lined up. We had to drill new holes just to get it in place, but because the new headboard’s dimensions were different from the original, nothing lined up and there were gaps all around which led to a very loose, creaky and squeaky product. We contacted support and got a vague response back that they would find a “skilled restoration company” in our area and send them out to make it “appear as good as new.” Considering the fact that we were in possession of two poor quality, defective headboards and a set of poorly designed, non-functional storage drawers, our confidence in SLC’s ability to manage such a process along with our tolerance for having some random furniture repair people taking apart and working on furniture in our bedroom was non-existent. We replied that we were not satisfied with this proposed resolution, and that’s when the company ghosted us. We do not recommend purchasing from Sierra Living Concepts. Their furniture may be hand-made and the wood looks lovely, but the delivery time, consistency, engineering design, quality, and customer support are completely lacking. Nobody should have to make that many compromises! You do not get what you pay for.

This was one of the best furniture shopping experiences I have ever had. Great options, communication and updates were unbelievable, delivery and set up was fantastic. Sierra sent me photo updates during fabrication, shipping updates and delivery. I was very surprised and grateful as this was going to be coming from overseas. I ordered the home delivery and set up option. The guys were great. They were nice, clean and respectful of my house and belongings. I could not have asked for a better experience with Sierra. I just love my new furniture and am already looking for additional items to purchase for my house. Would recommend to everyone.

The wait was worth it for our bedroom set!! The high quality and beauty of this set was like nothing we had seen at any showroom or store. The wood is so unique and solid. We are thrilled with our new set. They respond right away to any questions we have and were exact on dates. We plan on going back to get our desk as well.

The mudroom furniture is well-crafted and beautiful. The white glove set-up crew was very professional and were extremely cautious when bringing the piece into the house They left the garage spotless. The 14-week wait was worth it. The portal allowed us to track the craftmanship and shipping every step of the way. The pictures were a definite plus. We would definitely buy from Sierra again.

My armoire is absolutely stunning. The high quality craftsmanship was worth the wait. The communication with Sierra Living was always available every step of the way. Adam (Sensitive Information Hidden) made sure the white glove delivery went smoothly and all my questions were answered. Congratulations to my new found company.

Sierra Living is the most professional furniture group we have ever work with. From design, samples, ordering, confirmation, follow up communication, delivery communication and white glove service. Outstanding. The product exceeding expectations as well for quality and color.

Update: After some effort and negotiation, SLC made this right by providing replacements. Thanks y'all! TL;DR: Custom armoire that was created to match a set we bought came functionally and aesthetically broken with major issues throughout...we asked for refund but were offered only replacement (which we didn't want - see below)...we tried to be flexible by asking for store credit for one of the broken pieces to which SLC countered with an offer of a refund of less than 10% of the total order cost for us to keep what is basically a beautiful 175 pound paperweight. To future buyers: It is 100% real, beautiful, heavy wood. It is hand-tooled, so prepare for a lack of precision. Do not order custom pieces. We purchased a Batesville bedroom set (bed and attached side tables, dresser, custom armoire to match) for $12.2K in November of 2022, it arrived at our house in April of 2023. SLC did take pictures during the construction and the pieces looked great prior to shipment - their approval system is really nice but in hindsight I wish the pictures were a little more detailed. When they arrived, all of these pieces had minor imperfections but the dresser had a few major issues and the armoire was functionally unusable due to damage. SLC reassured us things would be taken care of and to not worry. They sent out a 3rd party furniture repair service to take a look - the guy who came out spent a few minutes examining them before stating that these are all serious manufacturer defects that he can't address. We contacted SLC to ask for a refund on the armoire as we knew it was unrepairable. They pushed back against a refund and offered to replace the armoire along with a small $500 refund for issues with the dresser and bed. We don't believe an armoire replacement will be in any better condition due to a number of factors (mid-construction modifications, weight of the doors causing sagging, shipping doing damage due to item weight) and I'd prefer not to wait another 5 months, pay another $400 for movers to drag the broken piece out and put another piece in only to unbox the item and find the same issues and have to go fight to get what we paid for all over again. We understood they are a tight margin business with aggressive pricing, so we stated we would accept store credit for the cost of the armoire (~$4K) instead of a refund. They countered with "we'll give you $1100 and you keep all the pieces as is" - we are backsliding and their offers to resolve this issue are getting unreasonable. Additional context on damages: The armoire doors were glaringly misaligned, one of the drawers doesn't open anymore, screws in the metal bracing installed on the doors have been rubbing against and damaging the shelves of the armoire, none of the drawers are flush on the armoire. The dresser looks like it was incorrectly aligned to the body or damaged in transit and its drawers also do not sit flush.

I ordered bedroom furniture, everyone along the process was very helpful. We communicated via e-mail and the designers kept me in the loop asking questions to ensure they had the order correct. We are very happy with our purchase, the furniture is heavy and requires 2 strong helpers. It is well made, all wood. I love the under bed storage! and simple smooth design. This is a King bed with a platform adjustable bed, this is the reason it sits high, this was a custom request.

We found this company while browsing online for a Wine Bar. We fell in love with one and I quickly ordered it. I did not even know they were all handmade at the time. Customer service was wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and helped with an address snafu and more! The Wine Bar is better than we imagined. Amazing workmanship. Packed like they we’re protecting a dozen eggs! Yes it took a long time (over 2 months) to get my piece. But SO worth the wait! We love it!

This is my third order from Sierra Living Concepts and the process is always perfect. It’s actually exciting to wait for your beautiful piece of furniture. They send pictures and updates along the way. The furniture is well made, beautiful and very artistic. Kudos to the artisans. If you’re thinking about ordering a piece, don’t hesitate. You will love it!

I ordered a kitchen island viewed online. From start to finish the experience was a good one. The staff who took my order made sure to let me know the process and the online portal was easy to check and see at what point the manufacturing was at. The island arrived in Hawaii in perfect shape and ontime. The condition of the island was perfect and much care was given to the shipping and packing of the item. All in all, I would love to order from Sierra Living Concepts again. Thank you!

I bought a buffet from Sierra Living and the experience was excellent. The buffet is so beautiful—it exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Sierra Living! High quality furniture!!

Wonderfully solid piece of furniture. No doubt it will far outlast us! Customer rep called several times to ensure we got exactly the color and finish we wanted. She was also knowledgeable and helpful in selecting those. Seriously could not be happier with this dining set. Did our own unpacking and set up. Easy. Electric drill to remove packaging screws. Utility knife for boxes and wrap. Ratchet to assemble table pieces together.

The money's value is worth spending on a six-seater round table—natural wood from top to bottom. Excellent customer support and received the product on time. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another product through this magnificent company.

This is our third piece of handcrafted furniture that we have purchased from Sierra Living Concepts, and we love all of them! We have been very pleased with the ordering process, customer service, and customer portal with pictures of our furniture progress. Shipping and delivery have been great also! We will continue to order from SLC and highly recommend them!

I purchased a dining set from Sierra. It is by far the best piece of furniture in my home. It’s is beautiful and perfect. Well worth the wait!!!

The coffee table is beautiful and honestly better than I thought. It is a solid piece of furniture with magnificent wood grain. The care that was taken when boxing it was impressive, very well protected. We had a similar table for many Years that we thought was solid wood until the laminate started to peel off after a few years. The customer service kept us up to date and sent pictures of the table being built. The delivery was smooth and on time.

Custom desk. Very solid, and happy with my choice. Will strongly consider purchasing additional items in the future!

Never heard of Sierra Living Concepts? It's time you did. We ordered a King Size Bedroom Set, complete with headboard, side rails, foot board, two night stands, a dresser and a bench with storage space. To say we were impressed with every facet of this custom-made furniture would be a total understatement. From the ordering process, the waiting period for it to be handcrafted to our specifications, to the customer service, and the "white glove" delivery service, we could not have been happier. The furniture looks awesome in our bedroom and is impeccably made. Do yourself a favor...check out this company!!

BEWARE... the furniture is beautiful but the base of my dining table arrived with multiple cracks; they say it is stable however my intent was for this to be a family heirloom and I am not sure these cracks will not worsen. Their solution was to send me a 'Do It Yourself' wood repair kit...which did not even have the correct color stain as what I purchased (medium espresso). I am a 60 year old single female who paid $6k+ dollars for this piece, it arrives damaged and they want ME to fix it myself. The worst customer service and accountability I've ever dealt with.

My desk and filing cabinet are absolutely stunning. The build process takes a bit of time but the results are SO worth it! Handcrafted, solid wood, gorgeous design/ color and incredibly well packed. I can’t wait until my office is built so that I can use them!!

I truly love my new sideboard and the craftsmanshipis is impeccable. The customer service from Sierra Living Concepts has been wonderful, they responded to questions promptly. The delivery company XPO canceled an hour before the sideboard was to be delivered. I called customer service and Adam contacted management and they responded within the hour with a new delivery time by another company.

Communication was amazing. Yes it did take a long time to get but this is hand made furniture that shipped overseas. Not your typical big box store furniture. Furniture was beautiful and well worth the wait!

The TV console is beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship and expertly wrapped to ensure there would be no damage during shipping. I received updates every step of the way. The console would work with many decors, rustic, shabby chic, French country and bohemian. This is the second item I have ordered and I am equally happy with both.

I ordered a storage bed from SLC in December, 2021. I had searched for the perfect bed frame/storage bed and kept returning to SLC. I took the plunge and placed my order. Of course we all want our new items ASAP, but in these times of COVID, harbors back logged, and worker shortages it doesn’t work out. Nevertheless, after 7 months my bed arrived. It is beautiful and has a great amount of storage. I had the “white glove” set up of the frame, which was well worth it. The bed is a gorgeous piece of furniture. I am pleased with the purchase. I would definitely buy from SLC again as their furniture is excellent quality and unique.

I ordered and paid in full for an item in March 2022 and 4 months later still have no idea when it will arrive. Their on line status site has showed ready to ship since May. I contacted customer service multiple times and they originally said it would ship before mid June. I contacted them in later June and they said it would ship the next day. Two weeks later their site still lists as ready to ship. Since it ships from somewhere in Asia, I have no idea if and when it will ever arrive, and their customer service is worthless.

I love my new trunk. Great quality and beauty, such an unusual item. Customer service was fantastic and incredibly quick. Patience is required as it took over 4 months to get my furniture but well worth the wait.

The coffee table is beautiful and was just what I wanted. I searched for years for the perfect coffee table and this was it. It did take some time to be made, shipped and delivered. It was definitely worth the wait!

Other than the longer than expected wait time, my items finally arrived about 4 mo after ordering. As nice as I expected. I love them. Just don't be in a hurry and it will be fine. Updates along the way with pictures of product for approval. The shipping took much of the time. Once it got to Houston. It was only a few days to get to my residence.

We absolutely love our beautiful credenza. It was worth the wait. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The company kept us constantly informed throughout the entire process from order to delivery.

Every step in the project was very professional and friendly. We needed a dining room table that could seat 10 people comfortably and fit in the space and decor. After searching for months, we were lucky to find Sierra. We finally found a company that could build exactly what we needed. It is beautiful and since we entertain a lot, our guests have been impressed (and jealous). It is also well made, and the wood is great.

After looking for several months to find the right piece of furniture, I lucked upon this site by Google searching "unusual coffee tables". I wish I could give the site many more than 5 stars, but I'll try to explain why they're deserved instead. Part of the reason that I had a hard time finding the right coffee table is that I needed one that is longer than usual (I have an 8' sofa), as well as one that meshed with my existing furniture. One of the most amazing things about Sierra is the ease in which furniture can be customized, and the minimal cost involved with the changes. This makes sense given that each piece is individually made, but I truthfully would have paid far more than I was charged. The company was beyond superb in keeping me informed during the whole process from ordering to delivery. Not only did they notify me of each stage of the process, they also sent photos of my table at each stage of its manufacture. Forget FedEx tracking - Sierra sent me a link which allowed me to track the container containing my table on its journey from India to the US. The quality is superb. This table is far more substantial and well made than anything I could buy in an American furniture store, including the high end stores where you shop from expensive catalogs. It also cost a fraction of what I would have expected to pay for something of this quality. Two things to note: From ordering to delivery took about five months, and I believe the website is clear about the timetable. A lot of that time was due to the pandemic and the massive delays affecting the global transportation industry. Secondly, make sure you order the "white glove" delivery service. I didn't know this was an option and Sierra said they were going to update their website to make this an easier choice. White glove will bring the furniture into your home. If you don't choose this option, the trucking company will drop it off at the curb. I tipped the delivery guy a lot of money to bring the very heavy table up to my apartment, but he wasn't happy about doing it.

I cannot comment on the quality as I have never received my order. I ordered on 9/13 and the delivery time is supposed to be 12 weeks. We are now at 16 Weeks and 4 Days and I still have no ETA on my order. CS just keeps telling me to be patient. I am frankly done with being told to be patient. 4 weeks past confirmed delivery date and counting is not good customer service, and regardless of the quality of the pieces I MAY eventually receive, it is not worth it to tie up this kind of money for this long, with nothing to show for it. I would never order from this company again, it is just not worth it.

I ordered a solid wood bar from them and the workmanship and quality exceeded my initial expectations. Great value for hand-carved work. The entire process from ordering until delivery was exceptionally easy. Using their portal I was able to see progress from manufacturing through delivery to the port in New York. And any questions I had were answered immediately. Highly recommend them for quality craftsmanship snd exceptional customer service!

I have been completing My Cabin the past year and a half. The perfect furniture for this project is handmade quality wood !! Looked everywhere for a couch table/sideboard but couldn’t find what we wanted. Then found Sierra Living Concepts. Easy to order, easy to pay. Received updates along the way. Some delay in shipping due to COVID. That was the only bump. Arrived in the best protective packaging I have ever seen. What a beautiful piece of furniture.

Loved our experience with Sierra Living Concepts. Aside from COVID making it take almost twice as long as it should have to arrive to our home, the furniture is above our expectations. We received updates including photos in our customer portal very often. Beautiful, definitely handcrafted with attention to detail, no annoying metal slides that break over time, but hand-carved drawer slides instead, gorgeous finish, and absolutely solid. We will have these pieces for decades!

If I could put zero stars I would! This has been the WORST customer service experience! I ordered a table back in Dec 2020 from this company. It didn’t arrive until June 2021 and it came with a very pungent smell and bugs inside! We had it returned and asked for a replacement. The replacement took almost 4 more months to receive. The replacement came damaged with huge gauges on the top and marks on the side. Also came made with different wood and finish than the first the first time. We paid for white glove service with the first order and the replacement didn’t come with this service and was dropped off with a huge wooden crate by XPO which we had to disassemble and move ourselves. When speaking with the customer service department about the damage on the replacement order they didn’t offer any apologies or resolve. They just told us that someone would get back to us in 24 hours. When I called a day later, they said that someone in another country would get back to us in ANOTHER 24 hours. Still waiting! No apologies, no resolution and a damaged product!!!! Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT order from this company! It’s not worth the hassle!!!

Due to a recent move I had to furnish an entire new home with furniture. Having dealt with a minimum of 12 different companies. Sierra Living Concepts is at the top of my list. Their high quality products, pricing, customer service and communication on literally every step of the creation of my pieces all FAR exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a company that has furniture that will create a WOW factor, they have it. We chose to use our bedroom armoire as a TV unit, it as my dresser are perfect. The intricate detail is fabulous. Please excuse the bareness of the room, we are still a work in progress. I highly, highly recommend Sierra Living Concepts.

I ordered a custom sideboard for our dining room. I cannot believe the excellent experience we received! Although it takes awhile for custom furniture to be made and shipped overseas, Sierra Living Concepts gave timely updates with photos of my project. I received excellent customer service when I needed to change the size of the sideboard. They gave updates all along the shipping process. It was packed very well and when it arrived, it was EXACTLY what was pictured. The quality is excellent. The transport team was also very good and deserves 5 stars as well. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

"We bought two pieces of fine furniture from Sierra Living Concepts - The Nottingham Rustic Solid Wood Wine Bar for our Living Room and the Alistar Solid Wood Glass Door large Buffet Cabinet for our Dining Room. Both pieces were ordered in December and January during the pandemic. So the only issue was the time span of receiving the buffet cabinets. It took a good three to four months. But the quality and efficiency and communication regarding both orders were top notch and professional. We love both pieces and they are quality solid furniture pieces we will have for many years to come. Well worth the wait. I would purchase furniture from Sierra Living Concepts again and recommend it to friends!!"

We were prepared to love our new bed and nightstands from Sierra Living Concepts, but when it arrived we were even more impressed than we thought we would be!! The quality, the customer service, the pictures and communication you get throughout the process of your furniture being built...it was all amazing. I can honestly say that I've never been happier with a furniture purchase.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! We bought the Delaware bed and it arrived in November 2020. It hasn't even been 5 months yet, and the headboard has warped so much that it has cracked in two places in the front. The headboard is ruined, and we don't trust the quality for the rest of the bed. This is wildly unacceptable quality for furniture (especially given the price for the piece). We won't be buying from here ever again. We've asked for a refund, will update when company responds...

I ordered a Hondah desk from them. The website keeps you posted along the way and shows pics of the progress on the desk. When it finally made it to my local delivery team they called me and the delivery went very well. It is now set up and is my home office desk and I love it. It is solid wood with metal supports. It is beautiful. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I love everything about my new table and chairs! I had the height customized and it’s perfect . Delivery went great. There was a tiny bit of damage from a forklift at some point in the shipping process but thankfully because of the way it was packaged , the damage is on the underside. This is an heirloom piece which will live with our family for a very long time.

My husband and I ordered a 60” round rosewood table which we received on Monday Dec 7th, it is absolutely gorgeous!! We will order other items again in a heartbeat. Great customer service too!!

I was very pleased with the entire ordering process. I was kept informed regarding the making of the chairs I purchased from the beginning to the end of them being made as well as the shipping process. Upon arrival of the chairs to my home, I was more than pleased with the finished product, and they matched my dining room table perfectly.

We love our sideboard -- the uniqueness of the piece is what really makes sit stand out. The woodwork is simply beautiful. It took far longer to get it than we expected, but all in all, we are pleased.

I just received my side board buffet it’s so beautiful. This is the second piece of furniture I’ve bought and both pieces are beautiful and well made. This is something you can’t find anywhere and no two pieces are alike. I love it

My table is so beautiful, well worth the wait. The pictures in stages of being built and the tracking was a special touch and fun. The entire experience from wear Bing through their website, we ting items, the updates, receiving updates on products being made, to delivery and getting merchandise surpass my expectations. Customer Service experience had been. Nothing less than excellent. I am beyond grateful and happy with the overall experience. I purchased 2 sets of bedroom sets, dining room set and a coffee table. I reached out to customer service about an issue which was immediately resolved. This company stands by its products and philosophy. I highly recommend.

Our custom table looked exactly as I pictured it would. We love it. The ordering process was easy and we were constantly updated as to the progress. The table is solid and quite sturdy. Delivery was great and although we were told they couldn’t bring it up the four steps into the house, they did. All we had to do was bolt on the legs and get a few friend to help tip the table upright as it’s very heavy.

Furniture arrived exactly as shown in pictures. Customer service kept me up to date on everything for the entire process. Will be buying more from Sierra Living in the future.

I was in search of a new dining room table and cane across the Sierra living concepts website. I immediately was drawn to a certain table and called for information. The young lady on the other end of the line was informative and knowledgeable. I placed the order sight unseen(except for website pictures). She told me to allow a length of time as all furniture is made to spec and we were in the middle of red(Covid). It only took 5 days longer than she speculated and I have to say it was one of the best choices I ever made in regards to furniture. Extremely well made and absolutely beautiful- even better than we expected from the pictures sent of the progress of our order. If you don’t need furniture right away I highly recommend you looking into Sierra Living Concepts it will be a great choice for you as well.

We ordered a coffee table from Sierra living because we wanted something unique. We also hoped to get reclaimed wood. The Chattanooga table was just what we were hoping for. We ordered it right before the covid 19 shutdown so the production and logistics workflows were disrupted. Thankfully, we received updates and pictures to keep us informed. The delivery went very smoothly and the table was well protected. No damage or problems. It is beautiful and we love it. One last note-I thought I was buying "made in the USA". After I ordered and paid, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to learn the furniture is manufactured in India. I guess I didn't look closely enough.

I needed a sideboard to fit under a low window. Sierra Living Concepts made me a custom sideboard the exact dimensions I requested. It was created from a smaller version that is on their website. The entire manufacturing process was flawless. The sideboard is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I LOVE it!

I had my eye on this built to order table for a while and wanted to customize it to be bigger (52 x 52). I couldn't be happier. Excellent craftsmanship and great communication. They also provide an online portal to track the progress of oyur order.

I ordered a bed frame from Sierra Living Concepts back in September and was told that it would take 8-10 weeks to arrive, in time for Christmas. Now I am informed that it will take a minimum of 17-18 weeks. If I had known that upfront I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I have 3 new pieces from this company and they are all outstanding in quality, craftsmanship and sheer beauty of the piece. I could not be more pleased. One of the items was resized from the original measurements to fit a particular space in my home and it was perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company, it may take a few weeks to receive your items, but the hand-crafted quality is well worth the wait.

We ordered a custom coffee table/trunk in dark natural. The process of custom ordering was easy and the customer service and communication throughout the process was excellent. The additional price for a custom order was minimal, although it did take about a month longer to arrive than the estimated time frame. The coffee table/trunk arrived in excellent condition - very well packaged for transport.

I ordered a custom table top from SLC in Rosewood. It did take a few months from design to receipt of project but I am very happy with the results. Being able to watch production progress on line was very beneficial and allowed for an error to be rectified before completion. I love how the colors in the table bring room together! Thanks SLC!

I would not recommend Sierra Living Concepts for custom furniture. We ordered a 96' inch white-washed dining table made from mango wood, which was delivered over a month late and poorly manufactured. Sierra claimed that the imperfections of the table including an uneven table top and legs that were not straight were part of the "charm" of the table. I've had numerous pieces of custom furniture made over the years and creating a piece with character is not the same as poorly built furniture. There is still a reasonable expectation that the legs will be the same length and that items will not roll off the table due to the slope of the table top. Moreover, when I contacted Sierra and agreed to have a service company come out to look at the table and try to reassemble it, the service person confirmed the defects but Sierra made false statements that contradicted the service person's assessment. Further, the service person stated their company actively repairs Sierra's furniture in the field as this is a recurring problem. Only after a lengthy and exhausting dispute process did we receive a partial refund. I would look elsewhere for custom furniture. There are many gifted artisans out there that can build custom pieces at reasonable prices and who will stand behind their craftsmanship. Sierra is unfortunately not one of them.

I ordered the 55 inch acacia wood coffee table. Excellent quality. The table is beautiful. Recommend this company 100% to anyone looking for new furniture.

Bought a live edge dinning room table. It was worth the wait. It did take several months from order but they have a portal where they keep you informed of the entire process. This included photos of the table being created, sanded, stained and packed for shipment. Strongly advise to have white glove delivery as the item is very heavy and is extremely well packed and protected. Sorry the picture is blurry.

I recently received my bedroom set from SLC, it is gorgeous!! I I ordered a standard bed and night stands but asked for my dresser to be custom designed to fit my desired dimensions. The best part of the experience was the customer service. The portal provided me pictures of my items throughout the process which ended up being helpful as I had changed my color choice and was able to point out to them where they had not incorporated it based on the images. They re-stained the items and I got exactly what I asked for upon delivery. Even the delivery company and the white glove service teams were spectacular and professional. My nightstands are much smaller than I expected but that is my own fault for not checking the dimensions, but I love them, so I am going to use them elsewhere in my home and order custom ones to the size I want and also the tall standing dresser to match...that is how much I love this set. The best part is for the price I would have paid for just the bed at a name brand company here, I got hand crafted solid wood pieces that will last for generations.

My table and chairs took 3 and a half months to make and deliver. It was so worth the wait. I was informed when I ordered it about the time frame. The craftsmanship is gorgeous. We couldn't be happier. Looking forward to hosting many dinner parties. All parties that we dealt with were truly professional and extremely helpful and informative. Would definitely order from them again.

I purchased a Traditional Sunburst Reclaimed Wood 3 Drawer Sideboard Cabinet - and I love it! Well made, and although it does take a while to arrive, I liked that I was kept up to date with each stage of production and shipping. Arrived well packed and protected.

Do not order from SLC. I ordered a table and 8 chairs in October, 2018. It arrived January of 2019. Hah!! The table was designed poorly and no one could get their chair close to the table. The legs wouldn’t allow 2 chairs on 2 of the sides. The other 2 sides each had a brace that kept you from sitting properly under the table. I contacted SLC in February, 2019 and I had to give them dimensions of what it would take to make the chairs useable with the table. They reassured me they would make me a new replacement table per my measurements. I had to design my own table. Go figure. I finally got the replacement table June 13, 2019. The tabletop is cracked and the seams are inferior and it is terrible. Now I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to hear about a restoration company to come in and refinish the tabletop. Save yourself the grief and embarrassment. Go to your local furniture store. It probably won’t take over 9 months to get a table.

Ordered a dining table, chairs, sideboard and bookshelves. The items were beautiful and I liked being involved in the process. It was easy to customize for our need. We have only received compliments on the new furniture.

Ordered a Nottingham Classic Mango Wood Extra Large Sideboard through Sierra Concepts. We planned to use it as a TV stand/ audio accessory cabinet for a 55" HDTV. What was unique about this cabinet was the solid wood construction with iron grille doors which would hide the audio components but allow remote controls to work with the doors closed. Also, we could choose the color of the finish, a huge feature. After the 4 months required to construct, finish, pack and ship we were rewarded with a craftsman quality 100% solid hardwood cabinet that fulfilled our needs perfectly. A second hardwood shelf was added to the center cabinet to accommodate more equipment and a hole was drilled through the 1/2 " thick solid mango back wall for the cables. Due to the solid hardwood construction modification was easy. The remote controls work fine through the cast iron grille doors and it is also possible to use headphones with the door closed. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of their service and plan to use them again in the future.

Ordered a large desk and a side table custom made to my specifications. 3-D blueprints were sent and modified until it was exactly what I wanted. Sierra Living Concepts then sent photos throughout the building process and updates through shipping. Desk and table arrived and were perfect!! Plus they are built amazingly well I am sure will last a lifetime. When there was a minor hitch with trucking company in final delivery, Sierra Living Concepts’ customer service rep jumped right on it and resolved it so shipment here less that 24 hours later. Could not be more pleased.

We first ordered a fairly expensive armoire from Sierra. Though delivery took a long time it was within the expected timing guidelines. It arrived well packaged and was as beautiful as advertised. Had an issue with a lock which was addressed in a couple of days. Just ordered a top of the line coffee table, same very positive comment.

The quality of our product is top notch. The price is closer to what we would have gotten for a low grade veneer table and chairs locally. We are very happy with our set.

the items are not produced in California or even USA. the site is misleading. the time to delivery is anywhere close to 4 months and not 12 weeks as mentioned on the website. The RETURN has 25% charges. Be careful while ordering through them. The quality is below par. I ordered Dinning table, 10 chairs and Side buffet. Except for dinning table there is lot to be desired on the quality. Rough edges. Its not worth money or wait time at all. Uneven height of chairs ( can anyone believe that), Very rough finish, adhesive oozing out from places do your home work before ordering as most of the pics on site are photo shopped. the delivered quality will be very different. The chair wont even under go the dining table.

The BEST decision I ever made was to purchase a dresser through this company! I fell in love with the Jamaica Handcrafted Solid Wood 6 Drawer Double Dresser so I had them custom make me a 30 x 20 x 32 in Medium Espresso. They provided me with pictures of the manufacture process along the way which was very helpful. It did take a little while to get here.. and there was some confusion with directions on getting it made in the beginning, but it was well worth the wait! It arrived yesterday and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It's a sturdy hand-made piece of furniture and the wood is amazing! If you are looking for a unique piece of furniture that is going to make a statement you need to check them out!

We ordered a custom dining room table with the base of one table and the top of another, since we needed a very large round table. It arrived a few days ago and we are thrilled! It is a lovely table obviously constructed by expert craftsmen and beautifully finished. We had a minor glitch with delivery, but in the end, the table was so worth the price and effort! A really beautiful addition to our dining room!

Took 21 weeks to arrive. Conference/dining table is pretty but not gorgeous. Stain is inconsistent on side bands and one side is significantly lighter than the other. Table top is not sealed with a polyurethane or similar sealant. Does not have a shine and suspect it will easily stain as a result. Very disappointed— especially after the incredibly long delay. Follow up: I was contacted by SLC regarding this review and they suggested a $300 refund if I changed it. Said I didn’t ask for a sealant when I placed the order. I also didn’t ask for sanding or that the table top be flat or that legs be included! This speaks more to the kind of company they are than anything else. Just beware.

I would do this again right now ! Great communication through out the process, updates with photos were fun to get to see my piece come alive ! Beautiful craftmanship, amazing hard wood fantastic colors !!! Honestly whats not to love !

A great experience with SLC from start to finish. Cory was patient and professional as we worked through my order. Nancy went out of her way when my 16 piece dining room set arrived in the States on time but we couldn’t accept immediate delivery. Furniture quality was even better than expected. I could not have bought this set for even close to the price and quality. We are now looking to purchase a bedroom suite.

Beautiful wine buffet! Really reasonable price for a solid wood piece of furniture! Lots of flexibility in choices as well. Customer service was great throughout - keeping us informed of progress and sharing pictures for us to approve throughout the build process. I wanted a specific type of hardware and they sent me a variety of pictures to choose from. We paid for in-home delivery, which was well worth it, especially for a piece of this size. The company they work with for delivery in our area was really professional, treated the piece (and our home) with care, and removed all of the packing materials. Sierra was a great experience all around! Would definitely consider them again!

I couldn't find an already-built coffee table that matched my specifications, but Sierra Living Concepts had a style I could tweak in terms of size, drawers, and making the bolts invisible. It was worth the wait to have it made and shipped. It's unlike anything else I have seen, with a slightly earthy feeling and unique legs and drawer pulls. I was impressed to find that the workers had even finished the insides of the drawers. Very happy!

Well done! The custom armoire I ordered is beautiful. The colors are warmer than expected which for me was a plus. Lots of detail and texture that is discovered every time I gaze at it ( which for me is a lot). The process takes time from ordering to shipping but the company sends updates and photos as it is being made. I love the wood you use...rosewood, in my case. It’s beautiful. I now have two pieces, bought at different times and yet they match perfectly. You do have to have patience because it’s made after you order it. First piece was bought last year and second piece this year 2018.

Really I could Sierra Living Concepts a 10star review based on customer service alone. From Cory in sales;to Nancy in customer service; to Rahul the operations manager in India;I received prompt, helpful, and friendly communication. I was happy to learn from Cory that Sierra uses sustainable practices in how the trees are harvested. I received updates and photos and specific dimensions as my Rosewood wardrobe was being crafted; and the wardrobe was delivered to my door without a scratch. The wardrobe itself is a solidly crafted, well designed piece of furniture---the drawers glide, everything plum. And the wood is very beautiful; of the 4 people who saw the wardrobe when it first arrived all have exclaimed about what a beautifully made piece of furniture it is. One friend who is a professional carpenter went over it hand and eye, and said that it was very solidly made. The only drawback for me was that I was naive about the fact that U.S. law requires imported wood products to be fumigated. Not knowing exactly what pesticides are used is also a drawback in terms of de-toxing the wood. So for those of you who are chemically sensitive, or have allergies, stop and think about it!!! Amish furniture makers in the U.S. strongly recommend having a warm, dry, well ventilated place where you can set up fans & let your furniture off-gas for a few weeks before integrating it into your home life; so that makes sense. Also I have read that brushing the wood with a paste made of sea salt and white vinegar helps to leech the pesticides out. On the whole I would say Sierra Living Designs is a company operating with integrity....AND THEY MAKE BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE!!!!

When I ordered my cabinet, Sierra Living Concepts was immediately in contact with me to let me know how long it would take to manufacture and ship from India. That estimate was accurate, and the customer service representative kept me informed along the way. She also took care of all the details of the white glove delivery. I’m very happy with the quality of the piece, it’s unique design, the reclaimed wood used, and that it will last a very long time. Highly recommended company!

We were highly impressed with the entire process of our kitchen table and chairs. The company sends you pictures of your product as it is being completed. This really helped pass the time. It was cool receiving emails with updates and then looking at your actual item. Depending on what you order we highly recommend the white glove service. Our table and chairs were over 500 pounds and there was no way my husband nor I could lift that, take it in the house, assemble it, and take the pallets and cardboard, and packing material to the dump. White glove took care of all of that for us. This was offered through Sierra Living Concepts, so we didn't even need to look around for someone to help us, they arranged the whole thing. Exceptional quality, great service, would highly recommend. We are planning on using them for all our one of a kind, hand made items.

I ordered a table through Sierra Designs. The table was, as advertised, built in India with wood readily available in that country. I believe I ordered it in May or June. They gave a 6-week window for completion, but the table was held up in shipping it to the states because of a storm. This wasn't Sierra's fault and I was kept apprised of the shipping. During the building of the table I was sent pictures of my piece in varying stages of completion. It was beautiful in the pictures but stunningly beautiful in person. Everybody who comes to visit can't resist running their hand over the table top because of it's beauty. I've seen other similar tables locally, but none as solid and sturdy as this one; nor do they have the depth of beauty this table has. The warm varying colors are too beautiful to ignore. There was a glitch with the local delivery service in my community. Sierra showed the concern and honest sympathy of a good friend and worked impressively hard to resolve the problem. I would order anything at all from them in the future but would ask for a different local delivery service, even if it costs more. When ordering over seas, some patience needs to be used. Weather is unpredictable, shipping may be delayed, but the wait in retrospect is nothing when your receive your beautiful piece.

My new opium coffee table is gorgeous. I have wanted this exact table for several years now and when I finally decided to make it happen, I was stunned to learn that it's really not that easy to find. There are all kinds of them but, not a simple square black one which I would have thought would be the most common. Sierra Living Concepts to the rescue. They built one of solid wood by hand to my specifications for a stunning price! It took a while as it had to be made then shipped across the ocean then through customs then delivered across the US but, it was well worth the wait. The only reason I don't give five stars is the last leg of that delivery trip. The company chosen to deliver within the US was horrific; it took four days just to get the table near me and they refused to deliver it to my door. I actually had to drive to them to get my table. Otherwise, I could not be happier with my beautiful table. This will be my coffee table for the rest of my life and will likely be passed on within my family.

We very much like the character of the Indian Rosewood that this company uses. The table designs are simple, but durable,. The square pedestal table maximizes the seating in our dining area, and looks beautiful. Although communication was a bit challenging at times, the people of Sierra Living Concepts worked very hard to ensure they understood what we wanted and to make us satisfied with the results. They succeeded.

Communication with and updates from SLC is impressively easy - SLC sends photographic updates regularly which I've never experienced before. Ordered a bed, which appeared online to be beautiful and unique. Upon arrival, it greatly exceeded my expectations. The finish is smooth, the bed is strong and well-built, and the ‘white-glove’ delivery was professional. The company made sure I was satisfied and let me know they were there for me, should anything go amiss. If you want it cheap and delivered tomorrow, go elsewhere. Sideboard took 3 months due to holidays in India and United States but it was worth it. Customer service kept you updated on the progress of your item with photos so at least you were not completely in the dark. The craftsmanship and quality of the sideboard is superb. Love it that it arrived all assembled. Will be a repeat customer.

We bought two pieces from Sierra Living Concepts, an armoire and a small cabinet. The beautiful armoire was placed into our master bathroom and we couldn't be happier. The small cabinet was placed in our hallway where an old linen cabinet used to be. The textures of the wood for both pieces are stunning and you can tell a lot of attention to detail went into building them. Sierra Living Concepts kept us informed of every step of the process from building, staining, shipping, and was delivered with white glove delivery. We will treasure these pieces always and absolutely love it!!!

I ordered a round pedestal dining table and 6 crossback chairs to match. I could not be happier with the end result. It’s exactly what I wanted, and what I could not find anywhere else! The quality of the table and chairs is excellent. Very sturdy and beautifully finished. From order date to delivery was 3 months. I was in no hurry, and it was well worth the wait. Sierra Living’s customer service was very helpful throughout the entire process. From choosing product, ordering, sending stain samples, and keeping me updated throughout the process of the table and chairs being made and shipped. I highly recommend them!

It's a little scary ordering expensive furniture from photos online. Sierra Living Concepts provided excellent customer care, from answering all of my questions pre ordering, providing excellent communication throughout the building process, and finally excellent delivery and follow up care until after delivery. The product is BEAUTIFUL.

Well worth the wait. The craftsmanship and quality are what was expected. The wood selected for our coffee table was perfect. Just what we were looking for. Love the contemporary legs, too. Yes, it is made out of the country, but they artists! Customer Service staff were well advised of status along the way. We appreciated the link which provided pictures of the table during construction, as well as the shipping timelines.

Nice SOLID furniture! Am going on my 3rd piece. The women from Sierra Living Concepts sent us step by step photos. Asking if the color was ok; too dark? too light? too much red? They made changes until it was EXACTLY what we wanted. Customer service was excellent!

Though it took a lot longer for the furniture to arrive than as promised I will say it was well worth the wait ( 5 months). Cory was very alert to my needs as one piece had to be a custom size. I purchased the White Glove Service and have to say it was worth every penny. The furniture is solid wood and very heavy so not having to deal with that was great! When I received the dining table and chairs I found one chair that needed assistance. I contacted the company with my concern and was responded to by Chetan and was assured the chair would be replaced. The new chair is flawless and I could not be happier with my purchase. We like the fact that this furniture has the rustic look that makes it even more unique. You could go to a furniture store close to you and get a very nice dining set but it will look like everyone else's that buy the set. Each one of Sierra's tables will be unique to the specific buyer.
